Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is the most common malignancy of oral cavity. In tumor microenvironment, tumor-associated neutrophils (TANs) can promote growth, invasion, and metastasis. The aim our study was to explore relationship between infiltration Chemerin expression in cells, as well their with clinicopathological parameters clinical prognosis 74 cases OSCC. We also explored role interaction functions OSCC cells (Cal27, SCC9, SCC15) vitro . Our results showed that OSCC,...

Abstract Background The relationship between chronic periodontitis and pulpal/cemental changes is seldom reported. This study aimed to report on the microstructural of cementum histopathological features dental pulp in teeth with severe periodontitis. Methods Eighty molar 50 extracted third molars (as normal controls) were collected. microstructure was evaluated by scanning electron microscopy, stained hematoxylin eosin. Dietary nitrate, found abundant in green vegetables, can be absorbed into the blood and converted to nitric oxide (NO) body. nitrate has been proved have many positive physiological functions Here, we evaluated therapeutic effects of dietary on skin flap recovery following ischemia reperfusion (IR). Wistar rats were pretreated with from one week prior end reperfusion. It was that oral administration increased serum nitrite levels, protected cells apoptosis, attenuated tissue edema. In...

Carcinoembryonic antigen cell adhesion molecule 1 ( CEACAM 1), a transmembrane glycoprotein, has multiple functions. In tongue squamous carcinoma TSCC ), overexpression is correlated with neutrophil infiltration, and both are associated poor clinical outcomes. However, the mechanism underlying 1's effect on function in remains unclear. We cocultured cells overexpressing 1‐4L, 1‐4S differentiated HL ‐60 cells. This significantly upregulated expression of MMP ‐9, interleukin 8, VEGF ‐A...
