We report measurements of the photon beam asymmetry $\Sigma$ for reactions $\vec{\gamma}p\to p\pi^0$ and p\eta $ from GlueX experiment using a 9 GeV linearly-polarized, tagged incident on liquid hydrogen target in Jefferson Lab's Hall D. The asymmetries, measured as function proton momentum transfer, possess greater precision than previous $\pi^0$ are first $\eta$ this energy regime. results compared with theoretical predictions based $t$-channel, quasi-particle exchange constrain...
The GlueX experiment at Jefferson Lab ran with its first commissioning beam in late 2014 and the spring of 2015. Data were collected on both plastic liquid hydrogen targets, much detector has been commissioned. All systems are now performing or near design specifications events being fully reconstructed, including exclusive production π0, η ω mesons. Linearly-polarized photons successfully produced through coherent bremsstrahlung polarization transfer to ρ observed.
We report the investigation of kinetic freeze-out properties identified hadrons $[{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$, ${K}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$. and $p(\overline{p})]$ along with light (anti-)nuclei $d(\overline{d})$, $t(\overline{t})$, $^{3}\mathrm{He}$ in relativistic heavy-ion collisions at BNL Relativistic Heavy Ion (RHIC) CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC) energies. A simultaneous fit is performed blast-wave model to transverse momentum $({p}_{\mathrm{T}})$...
We propose to enhance the kaon identification capabilities of GlueX detector by constructing an FDIRC (Focusing Detection Internally Reflected Cherenkov) utilizing decommissioned BaBar DIRC components. The would significantly physics program allowing one search for and study hybrid mesons decaying into final states. Such systematic studies states are essential inferring quark flavor content conventional mesons. reuse one-third synthetic fused silica bars that were utilized in DIRC. A new...
We report on the measurement of one-dimensional charged kaon correlation functions using 600~GeV/{\it c} $\Sigma^-$, $\pi^-$ and 540~GeV/{\it $p$ beams from SELEX~(E781) experiment at Fermilab Tevatron. $K^{\pm}K^{\pm}$ are studied for three transverse pair momentum, $k_T$, ranges parameterized by a Gaussian form. The emission source radii, $R$, strength, $\lambda$, extracted. analysis shows decrease radii with increasing momentum all beam types.
The spatial and temporal properties of pion emission in 0%–5% central Au+Au collisions at , 14.5 GeV, 19.6 GeV were investigated using the UrQMD model. three-dimensional femtoscopic radii, R out side long extracted for several regions pair transverse momentum. Times maximum emission, from fit to with assumptions absence presence flow compared each other. In addition, was estimated directly single-particle function kinetic freeze-out. two methods provide consistent results considered energies.
We report the investigation of kinetic freeze-out properties identified hadrons ($\pi^\pm$, $K^\pm$ and $p(\bar p)$) along with light (anti-)nuclei $d (\bar d)$, $t t)$ ${}^{3}He$ in relativistic heavy-ion collisions at RHIC LHC energies. A simultaneous fit is performed Blast-Wave (BW) model to transverse momentum ({\ppt}) spectra together produced {\auau} {\sqrtsNN} = 7.7 -- 200 GeV {\pbpb} 2.76. The energy centrality dependence temperature ($T_{kin}$) collective flow velocity $\langle...
We report the results of charged kaon Bose-Einstein Correlations (BEC) measured in proton- proton collisions at √s =200 and 510 GeV with STAR detector Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC). The one-dimensional correlation functions are studied as a function particle multiplicity. femtoscopic radii, R, strength, λ, extracted. dependence source radii strengths on multiplicity investigated.
The spatial and temporal characteristics of particle emitting source produced in and/or nuclear collisions can be measured by using two-particle femtoscopic correlations. These correlations arise due to quantum statistics, Coulomb strong final state interactions. In this paper we report on the calculations like-sign pion p+p, p+Au, d+Au, Au+Au at top RHIC energy Ultra Relativistic Quantum Molecular Dynamics Model (UrQMD). Three-dimensional correlation functions are constructed Bertsch-Pratt...
The results of the model analysis hadron femtoscopic correlations and factorial moments particle multiplicity in heavy ion collisions for energy range Beam Energy Scan (BES) program at RHIC future NICA collider are presented. For this purpose, simulation Au+Au center-of-mass energies 7.7 11.5 GeV per nucleon pair using UrQMD, vHLLE+UrQMD (with crossover first-order equation states), HYDJET++ event generators was performed. sensitivity pion kaon correlation radii dependence on beam to...
Azimuthal anisotropy and femtoscopic measurements provide information about collectivity dynamics of the created medium. Data from BES enables STAR to search for turn-on/off signatures Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP), first-order phase transition, constrain various models. In midcentral collisions, proton net-proton slope parameter ( dυ 1 = dy | y 0 ) shows a minimum between $$\sqrt {{s_{NN}}} 11.5$$ 19.6 GeV. The pion kaon radii are also measured as function transverse mass m T ), centrality...
