孤立性線維性腫瘍 (Solitary fibrous tumor: 以下 SFT) は, その多くが胸膜に発生する. 鼻副鼻腔から発生した SFT はまれで, 確認し得た限りでは自験例も含めて39例である. 今回, われわれは鼻副鼻腔に発生した 3例を経験したので報告する. 2例は初回治療例で1例は術前組織診断がついていたが, 1例は血管原性腫瘍と術前診断していた. この2例は血管塞栓術後に鼻内内視鏡下に腫瘍を切除した. 1例は腫瘍切除術後4年7カ月経過してから頭蓋内再発し, 開頭前頭腫瘍切除術, 鼻内内視鏡下前頭蓋底手術を施行した. 再発時には悪性所見を認めたため術後に放射線照射を施行した. いずれの症例もその後は再発や転移を認めていない.
We compared the two methods of assessing CD30 protein expression in DLBCL and TCL specimens routinely employed at our hospital, immunohistochemistry (IHC) flow cytometry (FCM), using same clone anti-CD30 antibody (Ber-H2) 123 patients with 28 TCL.
