Interest in dynamically tuning light has attracted great attention to the fabrication of tunable microlens arrays. Here we discuss and characterization a simple, robust, yet microfluidic optical device with an integrated array. The desired channel structure was micromachined on polycarbonate plate resolution up 100 µm, followed by thermal bonding two plates above their glass transition temperature. arrays were replica molded slide, which then attached plates. By simply actuating liquids...

Abstract: A direct competitive chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay (CLEIA) for triazophos was developed, which based on the anti‐THHe IgG monoclonal antibody and a heterogeneous tracer (THHu‐HRP). Several components of enhanced solution (CES) were optimized. The results showed that 1 mM p‐iodo‐phenol, 0.625 luminol, 4 H 2 O had best performance. Based study CES, influence several factors (assay buffer, blocking substance, solvent) investigated. sensitivity detection, IC 50 value 0.87 ng/mL...

The accurate measurement of an object’s motion requires knowledge both its position and velocity. commonly used photonic Doppler velocimetry broadband laser ranging techniques are ideal for conducting simultaneous dynamic experiments. Instead employing two distinct systems, we developed a hybrid system that can simultaneously measure velocity distance in This reduces cost complexity, particularly multi-channel tests, by using only one probe, photodetector, oscilloscope channel. By precisely...

Abstract In this study, we developed a novel simple fluorescence resonance‐energy transfer (FRET) system between two‐color CdTe quantum dots (QDs) assisted by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). Mercaptopropionic (MPA)‐capped QDs serving as both donors and acceptors were successfully synthesized changing the refluxing time in aqueous solution. CTAB micelles formed water minimized distance significantly electrostatic interactions, improving FRET efficiency. Several factors that affected...

Background: Phyllanthus urinaria L. showed significant hepatoprotective and anti-HBV activities. A sensitive rapid HPLC–MS/MS method has been developed validated for the simultaneous determination of hypophyllanthin, phyllanthin, nirtetralin niranthin from in rat plasma. The analytes were extracted plasma with n-hexane/isopropanol diazepam was used as internal standard. Results: calibration curves linear (r > 0.9971) over a concentration range 2–1000 ng/ml hypophyllanthin nirtetralin, 1–1000...

Based on the existing design in our prototype laser facility, third-harmonic generation of phase modulated broadband 0.3 nm and narrowband lasers are theoretically analyzed experimentally studied this paper. The output (THG) characteristics such as conversion efficiency, spectrum distribution intensity modulation compared detail. It is found that THG efficiencies for fundamentally identical without narrowing. In addition, interrelationship between efficiency incident fundamental light both...

Broadband laser ranging (BLR) is an appropriate method to obtain absolute distance in dynamic experiments. In this article, we first analyze the performance limit for BLR and indicate that measuring range can be hardly increased while keeping or time resolution unchanged. Then, multi-reference proposed, which break greatly increase range. Its validity demonstrated by experiment with explosively driven aluminum surface flying over 100 mm. This would improve capability of BLR.

Inexpensive industrial paraffin wax is often coated on the surface of apples to keep them fresh; however, this material toxic and harmful human health. Currently, convenient effective methods detect residues are unavailable. Here a Raman spectroscopy-based technique reported identify paraffin-waxed apples, quantitative detection model was established. An 8 × point scan with an area 0.16 mm2 conducted construct three-dimensional map concentration distribution waxed before after washing, as...

ZnTe nanocrystals were synthesized in NaOH solution by hydrothermal method and they characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) micro-Raman spectroscopy. The results indicate that the crystallized cubic zincblende structure their morphologies sizes are polyhedron diversified, respectively. Raman show different scattering occurred from depending excitation wavelengths. According to theories related band-gap scattering, wavelength-dependent was analyzed.
