The polycrystalline feature of solution-processed perovskite film and its ionic nature inevitably incur substantial crystallographic defects, especially at the surface grain boundaries (GBs). Here, a simple defect passivation method was exploited by post-treating CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) with rationally selected diammonium iodide. molecular structure used iodide discovered to play critical role in affecting phase purity treated MAPbI3. Both NH3I(CH2)4NH3I NH3I(CH2)2O(CH2)2NH3I (EDBE) induce...
A low-bandgap (1.33 eV) Sn-based MA0.5 FA0.5 Pb0.75 Sn0.25 I3 perovskite is developed via combined compositional, process, and interfacial engineering. It can deliver a high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 14.19%. Finally, four-terminal all-perovskite tandem solar cell demonstrated by combining this with semitransparent MAPbI3 to achieve 19.08%.
Semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) exhibit unique optical and photophysical properties that offer significant advantages over organic dyes as labels for chemo/bio-sensing. This review addresses the methods metal ion detection with QDs, including photoluminescent, electrochemiluminescent, photoelectrochemical, electrochemical approaches. The main mechanisms of direct interaction between QDs ions which lead to photoluminescence being either off or on, are discussed in detail. These interactions...
Abstract Entirely low‐temperature solution‐processed (≤100 °C) planar p‐i‐n perovskite solar cells (PSCs) offer great potential for commercialization of roll‐to‐roll fabricated photovoltaic devices. However, the stable inorganic hole‐transporting layer (HTL) in PSCs is usually processed at high temperature (200–500 °C), which far beyond tolerant (≤150 fabrication. In this context, NiO x nanoparticles (NPs) are an excellent candidate to serve as HTL PSCs, owing their solution processability...
Synthesizing 2D metal-organic frameworks (2D MOFs) in high yields and rational tailoring of the properties a predictable manner for specific applications is extremely challenging. Now, series porphyrin-based lanthanide MOFs (Ln-TCPP, Ln=Ce, Sm, Eu, Tb, Yb, TCPP=tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl) porphyrin) with different thickness were successfully prepared household microwave oven. The as-prepared Ln-TCPP nanosheets showed thickness-dependent photocatalytic performances towards photooxidation...
Abstract Background Despite therapeutic advances, once a cancer has metastasized to the bone, it represents highly morbid and lethal disease. One third of patients with advanced clear cell renal carcinoma (ccRCC) present bone metastasis at time diagnosis. However, metastatic niche in humans, including immune stromal microenvironments, not been well-defined, hindering progress towards identification targets. Methods We collected fresh patient samples performed single-cell transcriptomic...
The aim of this study is to examine the functional role and resistance mechanisms Escherichia coli (E. coli) peptidoglycan transpeptidase gene, mrdA, in melittin. E. strains with either knockout or overexpression mrdA gene melittin was initially assessed. differences absorption between these two were evaluated following depletion heterologous expression gene. Subsequently, extracted from determine its capacity adsorb Finally, morphological changes different induced by exposure examined under...
Controlled doping for adjustable material polarity and charge carrier concentration is the basis of semiconductor materials devices, it much more difficult to achieve in ionic semiconductors (e.g., ZnO GaN) than covalent Si Ge), due high intrinsic defect density semiconductors. The organic–inorganic perovskite material, which frenetically being researched applications solar cells beyond, also an semiconductor. Here we present Ag-incorporated films planar heterojunction cells. Partial...
Photodetectors with ultrafast response are explored using inorganic/organic hybrid perovskites. High responsivity and fast optoelectronic achieved due to the exceptional semiconducting properties of perovskite materials. However, most perovskite‐based photodetectors exploited date centered on Pb‐based perovskites, which only afford spectral across visible spectrum. This study demonstrates a high‐performance near‐IR (NIR) photodetector stable low‐bandgap Sn‐containing perovskite, (CH 3 NH )...
A reliable and sensitive detection approach for SARS-CoV 2 is essential timely infection diagnosis transmission prevention. Here, a two-dimensional (2D) metal–organic framework (MOF)-based photoelectrochemical (PEC) aptasensor with high sensitivity stability spike glycoprotein (S protein) was developed. The PEC constructed by plasmon-enhanced photoactive material (namely, Au NPs/Yb-TCPP) specific DNA aptamer against S protein. NPs/Yb-TCPP fabricated in situ growth of NPs on the surface 2D...
Perylene diimide tethered pillar[5]arene derivatives form aggregates in non-polar organic solvents, and the complexation of cationic amino acid ethyl ester (cAA-OEt) with induce a central-to-planar-to-helical chirality transfer, leading to intensive circular dichroism (CD) signals having dissymmetric factors (gabs ) up 3.67×10-2 . The hierarchical chiral induction exhibited an intriguing threshold dose effect, namely, does not occur low concentration range cAA-OEt but is triggered when...
Abstract Proteins typically have nanoscale dimensions and multiple binding sites with inorganic ions, which facilitates the templated synthesis of nanoparticles to yield nanoparticle–protein hybrids tailored functionality, water solubility, tunable frameworks well‐defined structure. In this work, we report a protein‐templated Mn‐doped ZnS quantum dots (QDs) by exploring bovine serum albumin (BSA) as template. The obtained QDs give phosphorescence emission centered at 590 nm, decay time about...
We experimentally demonstrate a tunable Fano resonance which originates from the optical interference between two different resonant cavities using silicon micro-ring resonator with feedback coupled waveguide fabricated on silicon-on-insulator (SOI) substrate. The spectrum can be periodically tuned via changing wavelengths of resonators through thermo-optic effect. In addition to this, we also change transmission loss (FCW) tune by injection free carriers FCW. build theoretical model and...

Small interfering RNA (siRNA) is utilized as a potent agent for cancer therapy through regulating the expression of genes associated with tumors. While widely application siRNAs in treatment severely limited by their insufficient biological stability and its poor ability to penetrate cell membranes. Targeted delivery systems hold great promise selectively deliver loaded drug tumor site reduce toxic side effect. However, elevated interstitial fluid pressure efficient cytoplasmic release are...
Abstract G-triplexes are non-canonical DNA structures formed by G-rich sequences with three G-tracts. Putative G-triplex-forming expected to be more prevalent than putative G-quadruplex-forming sequences. However, the research on is rare.
