Abstract This paper demonstrates a microfluidic chip for multiple immunoassays on electrospun (ES) nanofibrous membranes made of PVDF. microchip enables the detection pairs protein–protein interactions in one experiment by crossing parallel arrays microchannels. uses ESPVDF membrane with high specific surface area as substrate to adsorb protein immobilized so that increased levels adsorption may lower LOD immunoassays. We employ simple and effective method assembly scotch tape incorporate...

The nuclear factor Y (NF-Y) is a class of heterotrimeric transcription factors comprising three subunits: NF-YA, NF-YB, and NF-YC. These participate in many plant bioprocesses, including the regulation flowering time. Although NF-Y gene family has been systematically studied species, little known about its role non-heading Chinese cabbage (NHCC) [Brassica campestris (syn. Brassica rapa) ssp. chinensis]. In this study, we identified 57 members genome NHCC using BLASTP, 20 BcNF-YAs, 24...

A large number of pyroshock devices are employed in spacecraft and rockets to realize stage separation appendage deployment. Release induces high-level transient shock responses which tend cause fatal damages electronic equipment made crystals brittle materials. This paper aims provide methods isolate guarantee the safety such against high-frequency shocks. Firstly, stress wave transmission mechanism stepped rods is investigated, upon optimal area rate for isolation achieved. Then, two...

Graphene, as a new nanomaterial with excellent mechanical properties, has raised great interest among researchers. In this work, 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO), been covalently grafted onto the surface of graphene through two different methods to get modified (G-DOPO) which owns property and flame retardancy. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, Raman X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) confirmed that DOPO bonded graphene. Transmission electron...

Various types of micro/nano functional devices are being widely designed as optical switches, micro scanners, micromirrors and other core devices. The continuing miniaturization the makes size dependence electromechanical property significant in scale due to sharp increase surface interactions such capillary force from liquid bridge, van der Waals Casimir forces quantum fluctuations. can cause pull-in instability, adhesion between parts, even failure device. This work provides an active...

In academic circles, there are some controversial issues at present, such as difference and relation between exergy analysis transfer, discipline belongingness of transfer so on. Taking theoretical research in depth on into consideration, it is necessary to clarify these problems. This paper starts with illustrating the scientific definition energy, then discusses double property quantity quality energy. The first second laws thermodynamics reveal change law energy conversion process, namely...

Using molecular dynamics simulations with a Tersoff-type force field, we studied the deformation of cubic diamond film subjected to uniform strain rates at 30 K. The results show that high rates, phase transforms continuously multilayer graphene phase; and graphitization begins from (011) free surface goes rapidly into inner film. In this paper, discuss mechanism calculate energy barrier graphitization.

Low-frequency errors are a type of testing commonly existing in pyroshock experiments due to the harsh mechanical environment that lead inaccuracy and contamination data. It is necessary eliminate such low-frequency from data via analysis. Firstly, principle operating process these two introduced, where four correlation coefficients defined determine level...

Crack propagation in bcc iron at different strains under low temperature (30K) has been studied using the atomistic simulation. We show that cracks display a brittle character of extension strains, and relative higher extend with periodic series twins(or SF) bursts. These bursts decrease crack speed produce velocity oscillations an increase energy dissipation increases toughness. Here we also develop new form dynamic fracture energy. Using our energy, results therefore are quantitative...
