Abstract In the Conceptual Design Report (CDR) stage of Circular Electron and Positron Collider (CEPC), injection energy Booster is 10 GeV minimal working field dipole magnets only 29 G, with iron cores could not meet requirement precision due to remnant field. Using a data sample of $4.481\times 10^8 ψ^\prime$ events collected with the BESIII detector, we report first observation four-lepton-decays $J/ψ\to e^+e^-e^+e^-$ and e^+e^-μ^+μ^-$ utilizing process $ψ^\prime\to π^+π^- J/ψ$.
