Selective reduction of supported CuO to Cu2O was realized using the strategy vapor-induced reduction, in which HCHO/H2O vapor diffuses into pores support and interacts with predispersed CuO. This new allows fabrication cuprous sites at much lower temperatures within a short time, avoids formation Cu(0) Cu(I) yield nearly 100%, results materials good adsorption performance, is impossible achieve by conventional methods.

Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) show high potential in adsorptive removal of aromatic sulfur compounds; however, the crucial factors affecting adsorption performances are scarcely clarified. In present study, three classic compounds (i.e., thiophene, benzothiophene, and 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene) as well five typical MOFs MOF-5, HKUST-1, MIL-53(Fe), MIL-53(Cr), MIL-101(Cr)) were selected for study. The desulfurization investigated by using a fixed-bed system. case capacity decreases order...

Deep desulfurization via π-complexation adsorption is an effective method for the selective capture of thiophenic sulfur compounds. The adsorptive capacity adsorbent has been demonstrated to strongly depend on dispersion degree active species. In present study, a strategy was developed promote copper species by directly using as-synthesized mesoporous silica SBA-15 as support. results show that confined space between template and walls highly efficient in dispersing resultant guest oxide,...

Ordered mesoporous carbon CMK-3 was modified with cuprous chloride (CuCl) by a spontaneous thermal dispersion approach. A new kind of π-complexation adsorbent thus obtained and characterized X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption, transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the mesostructure is well preserved after introduction CuCl. In comparison parent CMK-3, selectivity ethylene over ethane increases from 0.93 on to 2.67 CuCl/CMK-3. All adsorption isotherms can be fitted...

Abstract Background The combination of bevacizumab and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) could prolong progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with EGFR -mutant advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Our study investigated the clinical molecular factors that affect efficacy first-generation EGFR-TKI or without identify subset who can benefit from therapy. Methods included 318 locally advanced/advanced NSCLC treated either combined (A+T; n =...

KRAS is the most frequently mutated oncogene in cancer and encodes a key signaling protein tumors. Due to its high affinity for GTP lack of large binding pocket that allosteric inhibitors can occupy, has long been considered 'non-druggable.' Finding effective treatment measures patients with mutations our top priority. In this article, we will provide an overview pathway review current state therapeutic strategies targeting oncogenic KRAS, as well their potential improve outcomes KRAS-mutant...

e20526 Background: Immunotherapy with anti-programmed death 1 (PD-1) antibodies has revolutionized the treatment of metastatic and advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, its application in neoadjuvant scenario not been well established. Here, we conducted a retrospective study to evaluate efficacy safety chemo-immunotherapy for patients potentially resectable NSCLC. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed clinical records NSCLC (stage IIIA-IIIB) non-driver gene mutation. The...

Temporal Knowledge Graph Question Answering (TKGQA) task aims to find an entity or timestamp from a temporal knowledge graph answer reasoning questions. However, most existing models fail capture the implicit information in questions, resulting weak performance when handling complex tasks. To address this issue, paper proposes novel TKGQA model called GATQR, which integrates attention mechanism. The utilizes pre-trained base form of quadruples and introduces Attention Network (GAT)...
