Chemically inert, mechanically tough, cationic metallo-polyelectrolytes were conceptualized and designed as durable anion-exchange membranes (AEMs). Ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) of cobaltocenium-containing cyclooctene with triazole the only linker group, followed by backbone hydrogenation, led to a new class AEMs polyethylene-like framework alkaline-stable cobaltocenium cation for ion transport. These exhibited excellent thermal, chemical mechanical stability, well high conductivity.

Abstract Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are the most abundant stromal components in tumor microenvironment (TME) and closely involved progression. However, precise biological functions molecular mechanisms of CAFs TME have yet to be understood. Here, we demonstrate that WEE2-AS1 is highly expressed CAF-derived small extracellular vesicles (sEVs). Moreover, markedly higher plasma sEVs CRC patients than healthy subjects its high level predicts advanced pathological staging poor survival....

Abstract Harnessing cross‐species regenerative cues to direct human potential is increasingly recognized as an excellent strategy in medicine, particularly for addressing the challenges of impaired wound healing aging populations. The skin mucus Andrias davidianus plays a critical role self‐protection and tissue repair, yet fundamental factors mechanisms involved remain elusive. Here, this work presents evidence that glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) derived from secretion (SAGs) serve potent...

Bacterial infection has evolved into one of the most dangerous global health crises. Designing potent antimicrobial agents that can combat drug-resistant bacteria is essential for treating bacterial infections. In this paper, a strategy to graft metallopolymer-antibiotic bioconjugates on gold nanoparticles developed as an antibacterial agent fight against different strains. Thus, these nanoparticle conjugates combine various components in system display enhanced bactericidal efficacy, which...
