The enantioselective [3+4] annulation of 3-formylindol-2-methylmalonates with 2-bromoenals catalyzed by NHCs is described to efficiently synthesise functionalized azepino[1,2-a]indoles.
An efficient N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC)-catalyzed asymmetric [3 + 4] annulation reaction of N-Ts hydrazones with 2-bromoenals has been developed. A series functionalized tetrahydro-1H-1,2-diazepines two consecutive stereocenters was obtained using NHCs as the catalyst in good yields excellent diastereo- and enantioselectivities.
Prenatal adverse environments can cause fetal intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) and higher susceptibility to multiple diseases after birth, related multi-organ development programming changes mediated by overexposure maternal glucocorticoids. As a glucocorticoid barrier, P-glycoprotein (P-gp) is highly expressed in placental syncytiotrophoblasts; however, the effect of P-gp on occurrence IUGR remains unclear.Human placenta cord blood samples fetuses were collected, indexes detected....
BACKGROUND:MiRNAs play important roles in regulating many fundamental biological processes. Deregulation of miRNAs is involved the initiation and progression cancer. MiR-193b regarded as tumor suppressor types cancers. However, role miR-193b ovarian cancer poorly understood. MATERIAL AND METHODS:The expression level cell lines samples was evaluated using quantitative real-time reverse transcription-PCR (qRT-PCR). The patients were categorized into a high group low according to median level....
Florfenicol is the 3′-fluoro derivative of thiamphenicol and has been widely used in veterinary medicine for its high antibacterial activity safety. However, development simplified environmentally friendly catalytic methods stereoselective production florfenicol a key challenge. Herein, we established highly enzymatic one-pot reaction synthesis an aminodiol intermediate bearing two stereocenters from industrial raw material 4-(methylsulfonyl) benzaldehyde by coupling transketolase (TK)...
Quaternary climatic oscillations had tremendous effects on the current distribution of species. Here, we aim to elucidate glacial history Rhodiola crenulata, a perennial herb almost exclusively restricted rock crevices mountain peaks, and test whether nunatak or massif de refuge hypotheses could explain its pattern.Six haplotypes six ribotypes were detected in cpDNA data set ITS set, respectively. The divergence R. crenulata closest relatives was dated have occurred ca. 0.65 Mya, during...
As a member of RNA-binding protein, CDKN2AIP has been shown to play critical role in stem cell pluripotency and somatic differentiation. Recent studies indicate that Cdkn2aip is essential for spermatogonial self-renewal proliferation through the activating Wnt-signaling pathway. However, mechanisms how regulate spermatogenesis poorly characterized. We discovered was expressed spermatocyte as well spermatids participated spermiogenesis. Cdkn2aip-/- mice exhibited multiple sperm head defects...
Purpose: To investigate the effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBP) on apoptosis ovary granulose cells (GCs), as well its underlying mechanism. Methods: GCs were isolated from Sprague Dawley (SD) rats and divided into three groups: control group, model group (DDP) LBP group. Cell morphology was observed by H & E staining under optical microscope. Expression follicle stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) assessed immunohistochemistry (IHC), while cell viability assayed using...
Abstract Background Congenital heart defect (CHD) is the most common congenital abnormality, and it has long been a clinical public health concern. Our previous findings have found Periostin (POSTN) Pappalysin-1 (PAPPA) as potential biomarkers for fetal CHD. We aim to further elucidate POSTN's role in development explore applicability of POSTN PAPPA diagnostic marker This study poised establish theoretical framework mitigating incidence CHD advance novel approach prenatal screening Methods...
To explore the genetic etiology of a child with Primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy.
Background: Histone lactylation is crucial in a variety of physiopathological processes, however, the function and mechanism histone endometriosis remain poorly understood. Therefore, objective this investigation was to illuminate endometriosis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry used investigate expression lactylation. Cell Counting Kit-8 assay (CCK8), Transwell mouse models were effects vitro vivo. Transcriptomics Immunoprecipitation-Mass Spectrometry (IP-MS), Western Blot,...
Abstract Protein arginine methylation is a common post-translational modification (PTM) catalyzed by nine protein methyltransferases (PRMTs). As the major symmetric methyltransferase that methylates both histone and non-histone substrates, PRMT5 plays key roles in number of biological processes critical for development tumorigenesis. overexpression has been reported multiple cancer types including prostate (PCa), but exact mechanistic understanding aggressive PCa remains ill-defined. Here,...
Matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9) is an important member of the matrix family and plays a key role in balancing extracellular proteins. Studies have shown that homozygous mutations MMP9 can lead to metaphyseal anadysplasia type 2 (MANDP2, OMIM#613073). The clinical phenotype this disease limited there were only five reported cases MANDP2 associated with from three families. In study, we described case fetus skeletal system malformation. main manifestations include short bilateral femur,...
To explore the genetic etiology for a child with profound intellectual disabilities and obvious behavioral abnormalities.A male who had presented at Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University on December 2, 2020 was selected as study subject. Peripheral blood samples his parents were collected subjected to whole exome sequencing (WES). Candidate variant verified by Sanger sequencing. Short tandem repeat (STR) analysis carried out determine its parental origin. The splicing also validated in vitro...
