88歳，女性．後腹膜の濾胞性リンパ腫による水腎症のため，両側尿管ステント留置され，治療目的に当院転院された．入院中，発熱を認め，尿/血液培養にてAchromobacter xylosoxidansを検出した．感受性結果からtigecycline（TGC）を選択した．臨床所見は改善傾向にあったが，TGC投与開始14日目に凝固障害を認めた．経過と凝固検査からTGCによる凝固障害を考え，TGC中止のみで凝固異常は改善した．TGC使用時には凝固系のモニタリングが必要と考えられる．
