Background/Aims: In view of the latest findings that matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP-7) acted as a vital marker and pathogenic mediator renal fibrosis in murine model, we hypothesized serum MMP-7 level might serve noninvasive prognostic biomarker IgA nephropathy (IgAN) patients. Methods: We conducted retrospective follow-up study 244 IgAN patients for median 81.9 months. Serum was detected at time diagnosis,...

Recurrent MEF2D fusions with poor prognosis have been identified in B-cell precursor ALL (BCP-ALL). The molecular mechanisms underlying the pathogenic function of are poorly understood. Here, we show that MEF2D-HNRNPUL1 (MH) knock-in mice developed a progressive disease from impaired development at pre-pro-B stage to pre-leukemia over 10 12 months. When cooperating NRASG12D, MH drove an outbreak BCP-ALL, more aggressive phenotype than NRASG12D-induced leukemia. RNA-sequencing key networks...

Psoriasis (Ps) and leprosy are chronic inflammatory skin disorders, characterised by enhanced innate adaptive immunity. Ps rarely coexist. The molecular immune mechanism of the coexistence is unclear.RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed on 20 patients with Ps, 5 adults lepromatous (L-lep), tuberculoid (T-lep) to analyse differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between them. Moreover, biological explored Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) analysis, Gene Ontology (GO) Set Enrichment...

In this work, we investigate the regularized solutions and their finite element to inverse source problems governed by partial differential equations, establish stochastic convergence optimal rates of these under pointwise measurement data with random noise. The regularization error estimates are derived explicit dependence on noise level, parameter, mesh size, time step which can guide practical choices among key parameters in real applications. also suggest an iterative algorithm for...

In this paper we propose a finite element method for solving elliptic equations with the observational Dirichlet boundary data which may subject to random noises. The is based on weak formulation of Lagrangian multiplier. We show convergence error in expectation and, when noise sub-Gaussian, Orlicz 2- norm implies probability that estimates are violated decays exponentially. Numerical examples included.
