In this study, we have isolated and characterized proteolytic soil bacteria their alkaline protease. Based on 16S rRNA sequence analysis, 12 isolates with the highest protease activity were classified as B. subtilis cereus groups. D9 isolate showing was selected for in vitro silico analysis its ِِAKD9 The enzyme has a molecular mass of 48 kDa, exhibiting optimal at 50 °C pH 9.5, showed high stability till 65 8–11 1 h. Fe3+‏ stimulated, but Zn2+ Hg2+ strongly inhibited activity. Also, maximum...

Background: Breast cancer remains a significant global health concern, with approximately 2.3 million diagnosed cases and 670,000 deaths annually. Current targeted therapies face challenges such as resistance adverse side effects. This study aimed to explore natural compounds potential multitargeted breast therapeutics, focusing on Lucidin, an anthraquinone derived from Rubia cordifolia, comparing its efficacy Lapatinib, FDA-approved drug. Methods: We performed molecular docking studies key...

Intellectual disability (ID) has become very common and is an extremely heterogeneous disorder, where the patients face many challenges with deficits in intellectual functioning adaptive behaviors. A single affected family revealed severe disease phenotypes such as ID, developmental delay, dysmorphic facial features, postaxial polydactyly type B, speech impairment. DNA of a individual was directly subjected to whole exome sequencing (WES), followed by Sanger sequencing. Data analysis novel...

Gymnema sylvestre (GS) is a perennial woody vine native to tropical Asia, China, the Arabian Peninsula, Africa and Australia. GS has been used as medicinal plant with potential anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory anti-oxidant properties. This study was conceptualized evaluate cytotoxicity of saponin rich fraction (GSSRF) on breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7 MDA-MB-468) by SRB assay. The anti-tumor activity GSSRF assessed in tumor-bearing Elrich ascites carcinoma (EAC) Dalton's lymphoma (DLA)...

Background: Proteases are among the most important industrial enzymes, playing a critical role in physiological, biochemical, and regulatory processes of all living organisms. This study evaluated histological effects Bacillus subtilis D10 protease combination with antibacterial ointment silver sulfadiazine (SSD) on burned skin mice. Materials Methods: The bacterial proteolytic enzyme was produced purified through DEAE-Sepharose CL-6B Sephadex G-100 FF. vitro specificity then determined....

Gastric cancer is the fifth most frequent and third major cause of mortality worldwide. Helicobacter pylori, a bacterial infection linked with GC, injects cytotoxin-associated antigen A (CagA; an oncoprotein) into host cells. When phosphorylated CagA protein enters cell, it attaches to other cellular components, interfering normal signaling pathways. plays important role in progression GC by interacting phosphatidylserine cell membrane. Therefore, disrupting CagA-phosphatidylserine...

Lung cancer is the most common type of in world, and alone, 2020, almost 2.21 million new cases were diagnosed, with 1.80 deaths, are increasing daily. Non-small cell lung (NSCLC) primary cancer, predominantly forms around 80% compared to small carcinoma, about 75% patients already an advanced state when diagnosed. Despite notable advances early diagnosis treatment, five-year survival rate for NSCLC not encouraging. Therefore, it crucial investigate molecular causes non-small create more...

Human noroviruses (NV) are the most prevalent cause of sporadic and pandemic acute gastroenteritis. NV infections substantial morbidity death globally, especially amongst aged, immunocompromised individuals, children. There presently no authorized vaccines, small-molecule therapies, or prophylactics for humans. 3 C L protease (3CLP) has been identified as a promising therapeutic target anti-NV drug development. Herein, we employed structure-based virtual screening method to screen library...
