Non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) is a major type of with high incidence worldwide, resulting in great disease burden. Treatment and surveillance are the most important part NIMBC management. In 2018, we issued "Treatment for non-muscle-invasive China: an evidence-based clinical practice guideline". Since then, various studies on treatment NMIBC have been published. There need to incorporate these materials also take into account relatively limited medical resources primary...

Macrophage polarization plays an important role in tumor microenvironment, which regulated the prognosis of prostate cancer. However, potential it is still need further identification. The M1 Macrophages were inducted using 100 ng/mL LPS and IFN-γ, 20 IL-4. TAMs obtained by culturing monocytes for 7 days RPMI 1640 10% FBS with 50% conditioned medium from PC-3 cells real-time PCR was performed to determine expression miR-148a, CCAT1, PKCζ. Abstract Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is highly prevalent among older men, impacting on their quality of life, sexual function, and genitourinary health, has become an important global burden disease. Transurethral plasmakinetic resection prostate (TUPKP) one the foremost surgical procedures for treatment BPH. It well established in clinical practice with good efficacy safety. In 2018, we issued guideline “2018 Standard Edition”. However much new direct evidence now emerged this may...

Abstract Objectives Microvesicles (MVs) derived from human Wharton’s jelly mesenchymal stem cells (MSC-MVs) were demonstrated to ameliorate acute lung injury (ALI). We have previously found that MSC-MV-transferred hepatocyte growth factor was partly involved in their therapeutic effects. Since MSC-MVs also contained a substantial quantity of miR-100, which plays an important role cancer and injury, we speculated miR-100 might similarly account for part the effects MSC-MVs. Methods MSCs...

To assess the ability of preoperative plasma fibrinogen and D-dimer as biomarkers to predict survival outcomes in patients with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC).A total 206 NMIBC receiving transurethral resection tumor (TURBT) were assessed our retrospective study. The cutoff values determined using receiver operating characteristic curve analysis. Cox regression analyses adopted influence these two parameters on recurrence-free (RFS) progression-free (PFS).The 3.56 g/L 0.48 μg/mL,...

Microvesicles (MVs) derived from human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSCs-MVs) and miR-21 were demonstrated to ameliorate renal ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI). Since hUC-MSC-MVs contained a substantial quantity of miR-21, we speculated that might account for part the therapeutic effects hUC-MSCs-MVs. The tubule epithelial (HK-2) cultured under low oxygen (LO) condition mimic cellular IRI model. A rat model unilateral was established. co-culture HK-2 MSC-MVs utilized examine...

Osteoporosis (OP) characterizes a decrease in bone density and mass which leads to brittle fractures serious damages individuals. In recent years, various researches have proved that miRNAs act pivotally the onset of bone-related diseases. our research, we probed into impact miR-181a-5P on viability, differentiation, as well apoptosis human marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs). Our study reported overexpressing miR-181a-5p considerably reduced cell growth, whereas inhibition showed...

Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of hyperthermic intravesical chemotherapy (HIVEC) chemotherapy(IVEC) in patients with intermediate high risk nonmuscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) after transurethral resection. Methods: We included 560 diagnosed primary or recurrent NMIBC between April 2009 December 2015 at 1of 6 tertiary centers. matched 364 cases divided them into 2 groups: HIVEC+IVEC group[chemohyperthermia (CHT) composed 3 consecutive sessions followed by instillation...
