Summary Objective: Investigation of the efficacy ultraviolet (UV) A1 phototherapy on atopic eczema, scleroderma, granuloma annulare, urticaria pigmentosa, prurigo nodularis, lichen sclerosus et atrophicus, T‐cell lymphoma, keratosis lichenoides chronica, chronic and some rare, sclerosing skin diseases. Methods: The data 230 patients treated with low‐dose, medium‐dose high‐dose UVA1 therapy during 6 years were retrospectively analysed. mean single dose (J/cm 2 ), number irradiations total )...
PurposeCDKN2A is the main high-risk melanoma-susceptibility gene, but it has been poorly assessed in Latin America. We sought to analyze CDKN2A and MC1R patients from America with familial sporadic multiple primary melanoma (SMP) compare data those for Spain establish bases genetic counseling America.MethodsCDKN2A were sequenced 186 American Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Uruguay, 904 Spanish patients. Clinical phenotypic obtained.ResultsOverall, 24 14% of melanoma-prone families Spain,...

Background: Kaposi’s sarcoma (KS) is an unusual, clinically polymorphic, vascular neoplasm with genetic, infectious, environmental and immunological pathogenesis. Reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) made in vivo noninvasive imaging of the skin possible has been used for evaluation several diseases offering important microscopic information. Objective: The purpose our study to describe RCM features KS correlate them histopathology evaluating effective...
Abstract Background Patients with familial melanoma or multiple primary represent a high‐risk population to hereditary melanoma. Mutations in susceptibility genes, such as CDKN2A, CDK4 and MC1R, have been associated the development of Objectives The purpose this study was determine genotypic background patients and/or southern Brazil. Methods This analysed 33 cases (5 28 from families at least two well documented cases) 29 controls. Genomic analysis CDKN2A genes by PCR‐SSCP sequencing direct...
Agminated nevus is a cluster group of melanocytic nevi confined to localized area the body. There are many pigmented lesions described in literature as agminated, such blue nevi, multiple lentigines and Spitz but only few cases congenital agminated have been described. We report case male child who presented with emphasizing importance physical examination, dermoscopy, histopathological evaluation, differential diagnosis follow up rule out possibility dysplastic or malignant changes.
Individuals from melanoma-prone families have similar or reduced sun-protective behaviors compared to the general population. Studies on trends in sun-related been temporally and geographically limited.

Immunotherapy with checkpoint inhibitors one treatments currently available for metastatic melanoma, use frequently causes development leukoderma. In this manuscript we report cases 4 patients developed leukoderma following immunotherapy treatment explore role prognostic factor modality
