Aortic aneurysm (AA) is a "silent killer" human disease with no effective treatment. Although the therapeutic potential of various pharmacological agents have been evaluated, there are reports β-arrestin-biased AT1R (angiotensin-II type-1 receptor) agonist (TRV027) used to prevent progression AA.
To evaluate the factors associated with mortality of a multicentric cohort hospitalized COVID-19 patients, 0-18 y old, from 42 centers across India. The National Clinical Registry for (NCRC) is an on-going prospective data collection platform enrolling patients diagnosed by real-time PCR or rapid antigen test. The are collected in prestructured e-capture forms. sociodemographic, clinical, laboratory, and hospital outcome 1st September 2020 to 20th February 2022 were analyzed.Of 1244 enrolled...
Binding possibilities of Cro-, λ- and Gal- repressor proteins with different variants SARS-CoV-2 genome have been predicted for the first time. Calculations their binding energy differences respect to corresponding wild-type bindings were done. For λand Cro- proteins, a large number sites within was observed having affinity varying strengths. Cro-repressor has found higher possibility than λ-repressor. Gal-repressor no site that any its naturally occurring operators predicted. be mostly...
