Abstract The development of novel photosensitizers (PSs) with aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) properties has emerged as a crucial advancement in the field photodynamic therapy (PDT). However, versatile applications AIE PSs are limited by low encapsulation efficiency and inadequate target tissue permeability. Biomimetic technology stands out promising strategy to overcome these challenges, aiming enhance tumor penetration efficacy, their association antitumor immune responses. In this...
Ritter reaction is an atom economy which produces amide through the of a nitrile with alcohol or alkene in presence acid. A number important advances have been achieved recent years respect to substrates, variety catalysts, media and diversity products. This paper reviews findings assesses reaction.
L-Pipecolinic acid derived formamides have been developed as highly efficient and enantioselective Lewis basic organocatalysts for the reduction of N-aryl imines with trichlorosilane. Catalyst 4b afforded high isolated yields (up to 98%) enantioselectivities 96%) under mild conditions an unprecedented substrate spectrum.
Easily accessible chiral sulfinamide 2 has been developed as the first highly efficient and enantioselective organocatalyst relying solely on a sulfur center for stereochemical induction. In presence of 20 mol % 2, broad range N-aryl ketimines 1 were reduced by trichlorosilane to produce amines 3 in high yield enantioselectivity. [reaction: see text]
Abstract Pentatomic heterobiaryl performs as a key structural motif in various natural products and bioactive compounds. With the rapid growth of asymmetric catalysis, five‐membered heterobiaryl‐based catalysts ligands have emerged an efficient complementary toolbox for catalysis. Therefore, development enantioselective construction such pentatomic atropisomers has received significant attention recent decade. Various catalytic strategies been established, including central to axial...
This review highlights the recent advances in research related to role of IDO immune escape cancer and novel small-molecule inhibitors with an emphasis on their chemical structures modes action.
This continuous-flow mononitration process for aromatic compounds features high yield and selectivity. It is easy to scale up, stable, practical.
Carbonized polymer dots (CPDs) are attractive optoelectronic materials for a variety of applications, but their complex structures hinder full understanding photophysical and excited-state properties. This work illustrates that heteroatom doping (N-doped, N,S-doped, N,S,F-doped CPDs) significantly affects the exciton behavior CPDs. It reveals unconventional photoluminescence (PL) blinking with multilevel intensity fluctuations, which depend on type excitation power density. The PL is...
This work introduces a new approach to the application of amides in synthetic chemistry. study novel strategy for utilizing as direct alkylating agents. The activation of...
Alkaloids are the most basic organic compounds involved in crucial physiological activities and widely found plants, animals microorganisms. Due to anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, bacteriostatic, analgesic effects of alkaloids, previous research primarily focused on their medical utilization. In recent years, regarding alkaloids botanical pesticides has gradually intensified due low toxicity, easy degradation, environmental friendliness, compared with traditional chemical pesticides, while...
The first enantioselective dearomative [3+2] annulation of 5-amino-isoxazoles with quinone monoimines was realized using a chiral phosphoric acid as catalyst. Various novel (bridged) isoxazoline fused dihydrobenzofurans bearing two continuous quaternary stereocenters were achieved in moderate to good yields (up 94%) enantioselectivities 98% ee). absolute configurations products assigned by X-ray crystal structural analyses and plausible reaction mechanism proposed.
