Actinomycete strain YIM 90002T (= CCTCC 99003T = CCRC 16284T) was isolated from a soil sample collected salt lake in the west of China. The aerial mycelium this organism is well developed but not fragmented and, at maturity, forms short chains spores. Spores are oval- to rod-shaped and have wrinkled surfaces. Substrate branched with non-fragmenting hyphae single oval round spores borne on sporophores or dichotomously branching sporophores. Single non-motile. Strain contains...
Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) is a disreputable symbiotic bacterium that responsible for range of diseases, including life-threatening pneumonia, endocarditis, septicemia, and others, which has led to an immense loss in both public health economy, imposing significant burden on society. To investigate the pathogenic mechanism S. develop new treatment methods infectious diseases caused by aureus, various rabbit models have been developed simulate different infections such as pneumonia...
An efficient method for the synthesis of tri-substituted 1,3,5-triazine derivatives based on Ru-catalyzed reaction alcohols with biguanides is presented.
An efficient ruthenium-catalyzed synthesis of alkyl-1,3,5-triazines from arylallyl alcohols and biguanides has been developed. The reaction occurred in moderate to good yields tolerated heterocyclic or aryl allyl containing functionalities such as alkanes, ethers, halogens.
Temperature variation structures the composition and diversity of gut microbiomes in ectothermic animals, key regulators host physiology, with potential benefit to or lead converse results (i.e., negative). So, significance either effect may largely depend on length time exposed extreme temperatures how rapidly microbiota can be altered by change temperature. However, temporal effects temperature have rarely been clarified. To understand this issue, we two juvenile fishes (Cyprinus carpio...
Calciphylaxis is a rare cutaneous vascular disease that manifests with intolerable pains, non-healing skin wounds, histologically characterized by calcification, fibrointimal hyperplasia, and microvessel thrombosis. Currently, there are no standardized guidelines for this disease. Recent studies have recognized high prevalence of thrombophilias hypercoagulable conditions in calciphylaxis patients. Here, we report case uremic patient whom was refractory to conventional treatments then...
An efficient ruthenium‐catalyzed divergent alkylation and olefination of methyl 1,3,5‐triazines with alcohols have been developed. The selectivity can be rationally tuned by the judicious choice ruthenium catalyst, wherein Ru(PPh 3 ) Cl 2 delivers alkylated RuCl gives olefinated in up to 98 % yield. Following this simple, facile, high atom economical protocol, a broad range products was prepared moderate good yields tolerated heterocyclic or benzylic containing functionalities. overall...
Brucellosis, caused by Brucella, is one of the most common zoonosis. However, there still no vaccine for human use. Although some live attenuated vaccines have been approved animals, protection effect not ideal. In this study, we developed a dual-antigen nanoconjugate containing both polysaccharide and protein antigens against Brucella. First, antigenic was covalently coupled to outer membrane Omp19 using glycan coupling technology, then it successfully loaded on nano-carrier through...
An efficient ruthenium-catalyzed synthesis of tri-substituted s-triazinones and dihydro-s-triazino[1,2-a]benzimidazoles under mild conditions has been developed.
The objective of this research endeavor is to refine the ultrasonic-assisted extraction technique for total flavonoids from
The measurement of the concentration suspended sediment in a water body is very important content observation hydrological elements, and it also one parameters for calculating resuspension flux. In order to accurately predict distribution lake sediment, this paper uses satellite remote sensing data invert concentration. key quantitative inversion atmospheric correction algorithm. paper, technology Internet Things are combined establish new type model. First all, combines results on-site...
Aroyl compounds exhibit various biological activities and are important fine chemicals as well. Therefore, their synthetic methods have attracted considerable attention. It is the first time to summarize of aroyl in past five eight years. These reactions can be classified into three parts by reaction mechanism, namely, coupling catalyzed transition metals, free radical mechanism aromylation carried out other mechanisms. It expected that inspiration new will provided for synthesis bear group this review.
We report an efficient copper-catalyzed dehydrogenation method for the synthesis of aroyl triazines from arylmethyl with water in absence additional oxidants or hydrogen acceptors. The use substrates both electron-donating and electron-withdrawing groups resulted moderate to good yields. Using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, 18O-labeled-water reactions capture experiments confirmed that was only oxygen donor by-product. This oxidation strategy provides a new approach broad substrate scope.
Ruthenium and its complex possess various catalytic activities such as oxidation reduction.Ruthenium a cheap efficient catalyst was also widely used in field C-H activation.Considerable attention has been paid to it for great applications organic chemistry. The last decade's ruthenium-catalyzed deydrogenation C-N/C-C coupling reactions from acohols classified by their machanisms are summarized this paper.Creative expected be designed means of dehydrogenation catalyzed ruthenium...

The effect of potassium ferrate (PF) and straw fiber (SF) on the strength cement-based solidified municipal sludge, including influence reducing organic matter in sludge efficiency hydration cement, was studied. Single-factor tests, orthogonal linear weighted optimization methods were used to obtain suitable ratios meet practical requirements, then SEM XRD analyses explore solidification mechanism. results showed that PF SF had significant strength, with having greatest increasing amount...
