Implantation of reporter-labeled tumor cells in an immunocompetent host involves a risk their immune elimination. We have studied this effect mouse model breast cancer after the orthotopic implantation mammary gland adenocarcinoma 4T1 genetically labelled with luciferase (Luc). Mice were implanted and two derivative Luc-expressing clones 4T1luc2 4T1luc2D6 exhibiting equal vitro growth rates. In vivo, daughter clone exhibited nearly same, 4T1luc2D6, lower rate than parental cells. The...

We developed recombinant variants of oncolytic vaccinia virus LIVP strain expressing interleukin-15 (IL-15) or its receptor subunit alpha (IL-15Rα) to stimulate IL-15-dependent immune cells. evaluated their activity either alone in combination with each other vitro and vivo using the murine CT26 colon carcinoma 4T1 breast models. demonstrated that admixture these could promote generation IL-15/IL-15Rα complex. In studies indicated cancer cells were more susceptible viruses. showed...

Abstract Background and objective Probe‐based confocal laser endoscopy (p CLE ) allows for real‐time non‐invasive histological imaging via bronchoscopy. Interpreting images correlating with traditional histopathology remains challenging. We performed an ex vivo study to evaluate the correlation between light microscopy findings p of primary lung carcinoma. Methods Post‐lobectomy specimens cancer nodules were examined by . The areas marked brilliant green dye, surrounding tissues stained...
