A basic requirement for quantum information processing is the ability to universally control state of a single qubit on timescales much shorter than coherence time. Although ultrafast optical spin has been achieved in dots, scaling up such methods remains challenge. Here we demonstrate complete quantum-dot charge picosecond scale [corrected], orders magnitude faster previously measured electrically controlled charge- or spin-based qubits. We observe tunable dynamics charge-stability diagram,...

Angiogenesis, a process that newly-formed blood vessels sprout from pre-existing ones, is vital for vertebrate development and adult homeostasis. Previous studies have demonstrated the neuronal guidance molecule netrin-1 participates in angiogenesis morphogenesis of vascular system. Netrin-1 exhibits dual activities angiogenesis: either promoting or inhibiting angiogenesis. The anti-angiogenic activity mediated by UNC5B receptor. However, how promotes remained unclear. Here we report CD146,...

A quantum dot (QD) with an integrated charge sensor is becoming a common architecture for spin or based solid state qubit. To implement such structure in graphene, we have fabricated twin-dot which the larger serves as single electron transistor (SET) to read out of nearby gate controlled small QD. high SET sensitivity 10−3e/Hz allowed us probe Coulomb charging well excited spectra QD, even regime where current through QD too be measured by conventional transport means.

We investigate the low-temperature magneto-transport properties of individual Ge/Si core/shell nanowires. Negative magneto-conductance was observed, which is a signature one-dimensional weak antilocalization holes in presence strong spin--orbit coupling. The temperature and back gate dependences phase coherence length, relaxation time, background conductance were studied. Specifically, we show that coupling strength can be modulated by more than five folds with an external electric field....

Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) has been a central therapeutic strategy for ventricular tachycardia (VT). However, concerns about its long-term effectiveness and complications have arisen. Pulse field (PFA), characterized by nonthermal, highly tissue-selective technique, emerged as promising alternative. This comprehensive review delves into the potential advantages opportunities presented PFA in realm of VT, drawing insights from both animal experimentation clinical case studies. shows...

We propose an efficient method to generate cluster states in spatially separated double quantum dots with a superconducting transmission line resonator. When the detuning between double-dot qubit transition frequency and of full wave mode resonator satisfies some conditions, Ising-like operator arbitrary two qubits can be achieved. Even including main noise sources, it is shown that high fidelity could generated this solid system just one step.

We use an on-chip superconducting resonator as a sensitive meter to probe the properties of graphene double quantum dots at microwave frequencies. Specifically, we investigate charge dephasing rates in circuit electrodynamics architecture. The strongly depend on number charges dots, and variation has period four charges, over extended range numbers. Although exact mechanism this fourfold periodicity is open problem, our observations hint degeneracy expected from its spin valley degrees freedom.
