We report the results of GUIDANCE-01 (NCT04025593), a randomized, phase II trial R-CHOP alone or combined with targeted agents (R-CHOP-X) guided by genetic subtyping newly diagnosed, intermediate-risk, high-risk diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). A total 128 patients were randomized 1:1 to receive R-CHOP-X R-CHOP. The study achieved primary endpoint, showing significantly higher complete response rate than (88% vs. 66%, p = 0.003), overall 92% 73% (p 0.005). Two-year progression-free...

Abstract The protective effects of autogenous and commercial ERM immersion vaccines (bacterins based on Yersinia ruckeri, serotype O1, biotypes 1 2) for rainbow trout ( Oncorhynchus mykiss ) were compared in order to evaluate whether the use local pathogen strains immunization can improve protection. In addition, effect bacterin concentration was established product. Following sublethal challenge vaccinated non‐vaccinated control fish with live bacteria, we followed bacterial count (gills,...

Metasurfaces have shown unprecedented capabilities in manipulating the phase, intensity, and polarization of electromagnetic waves. The coupling efficiency surface plasmon polaritons is overcome by sensitivity metasurfaces, but they face challenges application high-intensity-based SPPs confined to a metal. Based on spiral arrays combined with concentric groove, we experimentally demonstrate application-oriented polarization-controlled terahertz superfocusing emitting high-efficiency radially...

The Pseudomonas H6 lipopeptide is a surfactant which able to eliminate various parasitic pathogens including the ciliate Ichthyophthirius multifiliis in vitro. This suggests an application for aquaculture purposes. However, further information on efficacy of compound and possible immune modulation exposed fish should be gathered before usage at farm level considered. We performed vivo infection experiment using rainbow trout fry (mean weight 4.6 g, mean length 7.6 cm) as hosts I. theronts...
