Enriched environments (EEs) during development have been shown to influence adult behaviour. Environmental conditions childhood may contribute the onset and/or pathology of schizophrenia; however, it remains unclear whether EE might prevent schizophrenia. Herein, we investigated effects adolescence on phencyclidine (PCP)-induced abnormal behaviour, a proposed schizophrenic endophenotype. Male ICR mice (3 wk old) were exposed an for 4 and then treated with PCP 2 wk. The potentiated acute...

We have investigated the He buffer gas process of moderating kinetic energy pulsed laser deposition (PLD) plume during EuxY2−xO3 phosphor film growth. When using a neodymium yttrium aluminum garnet for PLD thin growth, ablation plumes can be high enough to cause formation point defects in film. The pressure is an important parameter find that presence reduces through many low-angle collisions phase by factor 7 without reducing rate. This because much lighter than any elements and it does not...

This study investigates the structural defect effect on luminescence properties of TbxY2–xO3 (x = 0–0.5) composition-gradient films using combinatorial pulsed laser deposition (PLD). were grown a SrTiO3 (001) substrate in an O2/He mixed atmosphere at PO2 1 × 10–4 Torr. A He buffer gas moderated kinetic energy PLD plume and suppressed resputtering film surface, resulting fabrication defect-rich poor films. The exhibited varying green emissions from Tb-doped Y2O3 intensity was significantly...

Thiopurines continue to play an important role in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). It is well known that thiopurines can cause several adverse reactions. Especially, hematopoietic toxicity may lead severe agranulocytosis. In a previous prospective study, we investigated relationship between inosine triphosphate pyrophosphatase (ITPA) c.94c > polymorphism, 6-thioguanine nucleotide (6-TGN) concentration and toxicity. To clarify thiopurine toxicity, analysed nucleoside...

In our previous study, we found that the concentrations of linoleic acid, stearic metabolites in erythrocytes differed between CD patients healthy subjects. Traditional approaches, including antegrade (intracranial revascularization first) retrograde (extracranial strategies, have shown variable success. The approach, while potentially offering faster recanalization, often encounters difficulties...

Abstract We investigated the acceleration of combinatorial optimization process for phosphor materials using a machine learning method based on Bayesian optimization.
