The monocot lineage-specific miR528 was previously established as a multistress regulator. However, it remains largely unclear how participates in response to salinity stress rice. Here, we show that positively regulates rice salt tolerance by down-regulating gene encoding l-ascorbate oxidase (AO), thereby bolstering up the AO-mediated abscisic acid (ABA) synthesis and ROS scavenging. Overexpression of caused substantial increase ascorbic (AsA) ABA contents but significant reduction...

Phosphonamidate 3a of methoxymethylphosphonic acid (MMPA) with propofol (1) and l-alanine ethyl ester was found to be an efficient scaffold for the oral delivery compound 1. The synthesis evaluation MMPA based phosphonamidates 1, HSK3486 (2), other phenolic drugs revealed general application as effective vehicle drugs. On basis plasma concentrations 1 SN38 (14), bioavailability 15 in beagle dogs 97.6% 34.1%, respectively.

PM2.5 exposure elevates the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in lungs and leads to lung injury or other pulmonary conditions. Nrf2 is a key antioxidative regulator that suppresses ROS production. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) secreted by adipose mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs) have been identified as therapeutic well potential drug/gene/protein carriers. In this study, we established rat (PM2.5, 100 μL, 5 mg/mL) cell 50 μg/mL) models conduct vivo vitro studies on adverse effects PM2.5....

Abstract Psoriasis is an auto-inflammatory skin disease characterized by abnormal activation of epidermal keratinocytes, aberrant neovascularization, and dysregulation immune cells. MicroRNAs are small non-coding RNAs that mainly function in the post-transcriptional regulation gene expression. Recently, accumulating evidence has demonstrated expression microRNAs dysregulated psoriasis patients play key roles pathogenesis. Downregulation miR-193b-3p been identified to be associated with...

The aim of the study was to investigate risk human papillomavirus (HPV) genotyping particularly vaccine genotypes and multiple infections for cervical precancer cancer, which might contribute developing genotype-specific screening strategy assessing potential effects HPV vaccine. The were identified using Seq assay on self-collected samples. Hierarchical ranking each genotype performed according positive predictive value (PPV) intraepithelial neoplasia 2/3 or worse (CIN2+/CIN3+). Multivariate...

Generation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) from human peripheral blood provides a convenient and low-invasive way to obtain patient-specific iPSCs. The episomal vector is one the best approaches for reprogramming somatic status because its simplicity affordability. However, efficiency adult relatively low compared with cord bone marrow cells. In present study, integration-free iPSCs derived were established via technology. We optimized mononuclear cell isolation cultivation,...

The aim of this research was to evaluate independently the performance a new isothermal amplification assay for cervical cancer screening compared two previously validated PCR-based assays and histologic endpoints. This is sub-study from Chinese multi-center trial (CHIMUST). self-collected clinician-collected specimens stored in PreservCyt at - 4 °C 6042 women with complete data were tested AmpFire assay. These had been Cobas SeqHPV assays. In primary study all patients an abnormal test...

Background/Objective Human papillomavirus (HPV) genotyping and cytology have been recommended for colposcopy triage, but it is unclear which combinations of high-risk HPV (hrHPV) types with various thresholds provide clinically useful information the triage after primary screening on self-collected samples. Method Chinese Multi-site Screening Trial (CHIMUST) database focused samples was reviewed using results Cobas4800 assay. Absolute risks each genotype cervical intraepithelial neoplasia 2...

Objective Evaluate the significance of BMRT HPV assay viral load and its performance for secondary screening. Methods BMRT-HPV reports type-specific loads/10,000 cells. We tested 1,495 physician collected, stored specimens from Chinese Multiple-center Screening Trial (CHIMUST), that were positive by Cobas, SeqHPV, and/or Cytology (≥LSIL); 2,990 age matched, negatives in a nested case control study. explored relationship between HR-HPV cervical lesions, determined alternative CIN2+ cut-points...

Gallbladder cancer (GBC) is commonly regarded as one of the most lethal malignant tumor types with poor prognosis. Kinesin family member 15 (KIF15) reported to be tightly related progression multiple which, however, has not been clarified in GBC so far. KIF15 was significantly up-regulated clinical tissues compared that para-carcinoma and expression level also correlated malignancies. In addition tissues, cells exhibited a high abundance KIF15. After down-regulating via lentiviral...
