A new approach to left-right symmetric models is proposed, where the discrete-symmetry- and $\mathrm{SU}{(2)}_{R}$-breaking scales are decoupled from each other. We present an extension of the left-right-symmetric model by including extra singlet quarks and leptons, which leads to calculable ${\mathrm{W}}_{\mathrm{L}}$-${\mathrm{W}}_{\mathrm{R}}$ mixing ultralight Dirac mass for neutrino.
