症例1は66歳女性.左葉外側区に65 mmの高輝度腫瘤を認めた.ダイナミックCT早期相で淡い高吸収を示し,内部及び辺縁に拡張した血管と考えられる強い線状高吸収を認め,それに連続して左肝静脈が描出された.症例2は33歳女性.S6に35 mmの高輝度腫瘤を認めた.ダイナミックCT早期相で著明な高吸収を呈し,腫瘤と連続した線状高吸収として副肝静脈が描出された.症例3は59歳女性.S2に27 mmの低輝度腫瘤を認めた.ダイナミックCT早期相で淡い高吸収を示し,内部及び辺縁部に拡張した血管と思われる線状高吸収を認め,それに連続して左肝静脈が描出された.症例4は72歳男性.S1に24 mmの内部低輝度領域を伴う高輝度腫瘤を認めた.ダイナミックCT早期相でリング状に造影され,CTHAで腫瘤は強い高吸収を示した.辺縁に腫瘤と連続して下大静脈へ連続する線状高吸収が描出され,副肝静脈と考えられた.4症例とも生検にて肝血管筋脂肪腫(HAML)と診断し外来経過観察中である.流出静脈である肝静脈の早期描出はHAMLの診断に有用である.
