In this work we assess the transferability of deep learning models to detect beyond standard model signals. For trained neural networks on three different signal models: $tZ$ production via a flavor changing neutral current, pair vectorlike $T$-quarks gluon fusion and heavy decay in grid mass points: 1, 1.2 1.4 TeV. We use the recent measurements of top quark decay asymmetries in ATLAS and $t$-channel single cross section CMS to set first combined LHC limits on $Wtb$ vertex. This combination allows us obtain much better than separate measurements. The resulting constraints are comparable, although still weaker, ones obtained using Tevatron data with more statistics.
