We describe three children who developed an osteosarcoma after receiving treatment for acute lymphoblastic leukemia, which included allogeneic bone marrow transplant (BMT). discuss the therapeutic options. We report on the case of a 12-year-old girl, who presented with an ovarian germ cell tumor and cytopenia (anemia thrombocytopenia) as associated paraneoplastic syndrome, which gradually regressed after tumor’s removal. This adds to previously described syndromes potentially tumor.
