Although cisplatin-based chemotherapy has been used as the first-line treatment for ovarian cancer (OC), tumor cells develop resistance to cisplatin during treatment, causing poor prognosis in OC patients. Studies have demonstrated that overactivation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B/mammalian target rapamycin (PI3K/AKT/mTOR) pathway is involved chemoresistance and overexpression microRNA-497 (miR497) may overcome by inhibiting mTOR pathway. However, low transcriptional...
A one-dimensional iterative chaotic map with infinite collapses within symmetrical region [-1, O)/spl cup/(O, +1] is proposed. The stability of fixed points and that around the singular point are analyzed. Higher Lyapunov exponents proposed show stronger characteristics than some continuous models usually used. There exist inverse bifurcation phenomena special main periodic windows at certain positions shown in diagram, which can explain generation mechanism chaos. model good properties be...
Target-based screening is one of the major approaches in drug discovery. Besides intended target, unexpected off-target interactions often occur, and many them have not been recognized characterized. The can be responsible for either therapeutic or side effects. Thus, identifying genome-wide off-targets lead compounds existing drugs will critical designing effective safe drugs, providing new opportunities repurposing. Although computational methods developed to predict drug-target...
Gambogic acid (GA) is a major active ingredient of gamboge, widely used traditional Chinese medicine that has been reported to be potent cytotoxic agent against some malignant tumors. Many studies have shown the NF-kappa B signaling pathway plays an important role in anti-apoptosis and drug resistance tumor cells during chemotherapy. In this study, effects mechanisms GA inhibitor celastrol on oral cancer were investigated.Three human squamous cell carcinoma lines, Tca8113, TSCC NT, treated...
Chain-of-Thought (CoT) prompting has emerged as a powerful technique for enhancing language model's reasoning capabilities. However, generating long and correct CoT trajectories is challenging. Recent studies have demonstrated that Looped Transformers possess remarkable length generalization capabilities, but their limited generality adaptability prevent them from serving an alternative to auto-regressive solutions. To better leverage the strengths of Transformers, we propose RELAY...
We propose a novel spectrum-sensing method for cognitive radio (CR) based on stochastic resonance (SR). The spectral power of primary users (PUs) can be amplified, and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) received signal increased using SR. This ensures that detection probability proposed approach is higher than traditional energy detector. also theoretically derived under constant false-alarm rate (CFAR). Performance analyses computer simulation results show effectiveness SR-based approach,...
In the indoor environment, where global positioning system (GPS) fails, presence of multipath, non-line-of-sight (NLOS), and dense scatterer yields unreliable position estimation. massive multiple-input multiple-output (massive MIMO) system, sparse channel property is exploited here for user localization as an integral part network to reduce power equipment (UE). this study, a novel spatial spectrum fusion estimation (SSFEAL) algorithm using uniform circular array (UCA) structure proposed,...
In this letter, we study user grouping and beamforming for high altitude platform (HAP) massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. We first exploit the fact that signal power mainly concentrates on statistical-eigenmode (SE), then use it to perform design outer beamformer. The is realized based average chordal distance between SEs instead of covariance eigenspaces users in same group. case, complexity a singular value decomposition avoided. beamformer designed using...
It is known that a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receiver vulnerable to interference signals, and the type recognition, i.e., classification, helpful for sense spectrum, select an efficient mitigation solution, or identify interferer. However, conventional recognition methods are subject feature-based expert classification methodologies very sensitive choice of features often lack flexibility different tasks. Recently, some researchers rely on convolutional networks transform...
The measurement results in land mobile satellite (LMS) communication scenario have shown that the propagation characteristic of LMS channel is a non-stationary process. In this paper, three-dimensional (3-D) wideband geometry-based stochastic model (GBSM) and corresponding simulation are proposed for high-altitude platform (HAP) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system. GBSM uses two-dimensional (2-D) one-ring 3-D multi-cylinders to moving scatterers near far stationary scatterers,...
Ovarian cancer has been the most lethal gynaecological malignancy worldwide. Additionally, triptolide is an active substance that extracted from Chinese herbal medicine T. wilfordii Hook F. , which possesses anti-tumor, immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory properties. In recent years, TP attracted increasing attention because of its broad-spectrum efficient anti-tumor activity. Nevertheless, clinical utility limited due to severe side effects. this study, we constructed...
In this paper, a novel optimal chaos synchronization (CS)-based method is proposed to realize multi-user detection of quasi-orthogonal chaotic code-division multiple access (CDMA) system. Theoretical analysis and computer simulations show that the signal used in CDMA system can be detected successfully by using CS. . Computer achieves lower bit-error-rate performance than conventional decorrelating detector minimum mean-square-error detector, its closer single-user Rake detector.
Abstract Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) multipath channel models are fundamental and critical for signal simulation receiver performance evaluation. They also aid the designing of suitable error mitigation algorithms when properties available. However, there is insufficient existing research on BeiDou (BDS) models. In this study, statistical established basis extensive datasets BDS B1I signal. A parameter estimation algorithm designed to extract information rays from intermediate...
In this letter, we study an energy-efficient algorithm for beamspace high altitude platform with non-orthogonal multiple access (HAP-NOMA) systems over Rician fading channels. We first derive the non-line-of-sight (NLOS) theorem of HAP channel in large scale array regime according to asymptotic property Toeplitz matrix. Then, propose HAP-NOMA scheme based on derived NLOS theorem, which can be partitioned into two stages, i.e. user grouping and power optimization scheme. The statistical state...

Security service user as a major challenge in developing such becomes more complicated handle. Since the equipment (ME) ever powerful but still remain open possible attacks, neglect of security ME traditional scheme will many risks coming systems. In this paper we associate Trusted Computing (TC) with PKI considerable robust platform user's sensitive and data...
Abstract The response to respiratory viruses varies substantially between individuals, and there are currently no known molecular predictors from the early stages of infection. Here we conduct a community-based analysis determine whether pre- or post-exposure factors could predict physiologic responses viral exposure. Using peripheral blood gene expression profiles collected healthy subjects prior exposure one four (H1N1, H3N2, Rhinovirus, RSV), as well up 24 h following exposure, find that...
In the indoor wireless localization environment, non-line-of-sight receiving signal and low signal-to-noise ratio are usually strongly dominant issues due to heavy existence of multipath signals, which also restrict final performance seriously. this paper, a novel algorithm based on 3-D multi-array spatial spectrum fusion (3-D-MSSF), uses channel state information (CSI) under uniform circular array (UCA) structure, is proposed. First, in data assembly process, number antennas observations...
