We present results of few-layer graphene synthesis directly on SiO2/Si substrate by negative carbon ion implantation in Ni catalyst films the top substrate. Negative ions at 20 keV were implanted into with doses (4–16) × 1015 cm−2. The atoms dissolved an elevated temperature and diffused towards both sides film. After annealing, layers observed surface SiO2 beneath Formation insulating substrates was achieved etching layer.
Based on J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector, corresponding Monte Carlo samples, tracking efficiency and its systematic uncertainty are studied using a control sample of → pp̅π+π−. Using $5.8 \times 10^7 J/\psi$ events collected in the BESII detector, radiative decay $J/\psi \to \gamma \phi K^+ K^- K^0_S K^0_L$ is studied.
