The decays J/ψ → γ π+ π- π0 and are analyzed using a sample of 225×10(6) events collected with the BESIII detector. decay η(1405) f(0)(980)π0 large isospin violation is observed for first time. width f(0)(980) in dipion mass spectra anomalously narrower than world average. Decay rates three-pion η' also measured precisely.
We present data on ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ pair production accompanied by nuclear breakup in ultraperipheral gold-gold collisions at a center of mass energy $200\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{GeV}$ per nucleon pair. The requirement selects events small impact parameters, where higher-order diagrams for should be enhanced. compare the with two calculations: one based equivalent photon approximation, and other using lowest-order quantum electrodynamics (QED). distributions agree both...
An enhancement near threshold is observed in the omega(phi) invariant mass spectrum from doubly Okubo-Zweig-Iizuka-suppressed decays of J/psi-->gamma(omega)phi, based on a sample 5.8 x 10(7) J/psi events collected with BESII detector. A partial wave analysis shows that this favors JP=0+, and its width are M=1812(+19)(-26)(stat)+/-18(syst) MeV/c2 Gamma=105+/-20(stat)+/-28(syst) MeV/c2. The product branching fraction determined to be...

Using samples of 2.25*10^8 J/psi events and 1.06*10^8 psi' collected with the BES III detector, we study f0(980) to a0(980) transitions in processes --> phi chi_c1 pi^0 f0(980), respectively. Evidence for is found a significance 3.4 sigma, while case transition, 1.9 sigma. Measurements upper limits both branching ratios mixing intensities are determined.
Using 4.7 fb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} collision data at center-of-mass energies from 4.661 to 4.951 GeV collected by the BESIII detector BEPCII collider, we observe X(3872) production process e^{+}e^{-}→ωX(3872) for first time. The significance is 7.8σ, including both statistical and systematic uncertainties. Born cross section corresponding upper limit 90% confidence level each energy point are reported. line shape indicates that ωX(3872) signals may be decays some nontrivial structures.
An enhancement near the mp+MΛ mass threshold is observed in combined pΛ¯ and p¯Λ invariant-mass spectrum from J/ψ→pK−Λ¯+c.c. decays. It can be fit with an S-wave Breit-Wigner resonance a m=2075±12(stat)±5(syst) MeV width of Γ=90±35(stat)±9(syst) MeV; it also P-wave resonance. Evidence for similar ψ′→pK−Λ¯+c.c. The analysis based on samples 5.8×107J/ψ 1.4×107ψ′ decays accumulated BES II detector at Beijing Electron-Positron Collider.Received 19 May...
Abstract In this work, mechanical behavior and damage kinetics of a unidirectional carbon/epoxy laminated composite (CFRP) under dynamic compressive loading were investigated. An Instron testing machine pulse‐shaped split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) apparatus employed to test the quasi‐static properties material, respectively. Digital image correlation (DIC) combined with ultra high‐speed photography was used study deformation failure process specimen loading. The results show that modes...

Results are presented on $J/\ensuremath{\psi}$ radiative decays to ${K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ and ${K}_{S}^{0}{K}_{S}^{0}$ based a sample of 58M events taken with the BES II detector. A partial wave analysis is carried out using relativistic covariant tensor amplitude method in 1--2 GeV mass range. New data are presented on $J/ψ\to ωK^+K^-$ from a sample of 58M $J/ψ$ events in the upgraded BES II detector at BEPC. There is conspicuous signal for $f_0(1710) \to K^+K^-$ and peak higher mass which may be fitted with $f_2(2150) K\bar K$. From combined analysis $ωπ^+ π^-$ data, branching ratio $BR(f_0(1710)\toππ)/BR(f_0(1710) K)$ $< 0.11$ 95% confidence level.
