Amplifying free radical production by chemical dynamic catalysis to cause oxidative damage cancer cells has received extensive interest for cancer-specific therapy. The major challenge is inevitable negative modulation on the tumor microenvironment (TME) these species, hindering durable effectiveness. Here we show first time an oxygen vacancy-rich Bi-based regulator that allows environment-adaptive catalysis. Specifically, catalyzes of highly toxic O2.- and . OH in via logic enzymatic...

A transition-metal-free decarboxylative fluorination of electron-rich five-membered heteroaromatics, including furan-, pyrazole-, isoxazole-, thiophene-, indole-, benzofuran- and indazolecarboxylic acids, with Selectfluor is reported. Fluorinated dimer products were observed for nitrogen-containing heteroaromatic carboxylic such as indole pyrazole. An effective method has been developed to synthesize the monomer 2- 3-fluoroindoles Li2CO3 base at low temperature.

Abstract Microchannels are the essential elements in animals, plants, and various artificial devices such as soft robotics, wearable sensors, organs-on-a-chip. However, three-dimensional (3D) microchannels with complex geometry a high aspect ratio remain challenging to generate by conventional methods lithography, template dissolution, matrix swollen processes, although they widespread nature. Here, we propose simple solvent-free fabrication method capable of producing monolithic 3D...
