目的 探讨胸膜孤立性纤维瘤（SFTP）伴低血糖昏迷患者的临床特点、病理特征及治疗。 方法 回顾性分析解放军兰州总医院1例巨大SFTP伴阵发性低血糖昏迷患者的临床资料，结合相关文献进行分析。 结果 患者术后预后良好，低血糖症状消失，未再出现意识障碍。 结论 巨大SFTP伴低血糖昏迷患者临床罕见，手术切除是目前SFTP的首选治疗方法，低血糖原因与多种因素综合作用有关。
