DNA-templated metallization has emerged as an efficient strategy for creating nanoscale-metal DNA hybrid structures with a desirable conformation and function. Despite the potential of DNA–metal hybrids, their use combinatory therapeutic agents rarely been examined. Herein, we present simple approach fabricating multipurpose superstructure that serves photoimmunotherapy agent. Specifically, adsorb locally concentrate Au ions onto superstructures through induced local reduction, resulting in...

The anti-inflammatory effects of fuciodan and Cistanche tubulosa (CT) extract were investigated in vitro macrophage culture system vivo carrageenan-induced air pouch inflammation model. CT inhibited nitric oxide production from activated RAW 264.7 cells, while fucoidan was inactive. In model, vascular exudation increased prostaglandin E2 concentrations the exudates synergistically suppressed by co-administration or extract. Moreover, tissue substantially attenuated combinational therapy....

Abstract Background: The aryl hydrocarbon receptor plays a pivotal role in regulating cancer metabolism and is activated across various immune cell types. Its activation fosters suppression by enhancing the functions of regulatory cells within tumor microenvironment. Methods: LysMCre or ItgaxCre/AhRLoxP transgenic (Tg) mice were generated to investigate AhR knockout myeloid lineage dendritic specifically. antitumor effects evaluated using engrafted TC1 lung cells. Results: To evaluate impact...

Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is generated in the immune system to kill microorganisms. In Escherichia coli , a hypochlorite-specific transcription regulator, HypT, has been characterized. HypT belongs LysR-type transcriptional regulator (LTTR) family that contains DNA-binding domain (DBD) and regulatory (RD). Here, we identified hypT gene from Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium determined crystal structures of full-length protein RD. The structure reveals type tetrameric assembly LTTR...
