CT inhibited nitric oxide production from activated RAW 264.7 cells, while fucoidan was inactive. In model, vascular exudation increased prostaglandin E2 concentrations the exudates synergistically suppressed by co-administration or extract. Moreover, tissue substantially attenuated combinational therapy....
Abstract Background: The aryl hydrocarbon receptor plays a pivotal role in regulating cancer metabolism and is activated across various immune cell types. Its activation fosters suppression by enhancing the functions of regulatory cells within tumor microenvironment. Methods: LysMCre or ItgaxCre/AhRLoxP transgenic (Tg) mice were generated to investigate AhR knockout myeloid lineage dendritic specifically. antitumor effects evaluated using engrafted TC1 lung cells. Results: To evaluate impact...
Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is generated in the immune system to kill microorganisms. In Escherichia coli , a hypochlorite-specific transcription regulator, HypT, has been characterized. HypT belongs LysR-type transcriptional regulator (LTTR) family that contains DNA-binding domain (DBD) and regulatory (RD). Here, we identified hypT gene from Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium determined crystal structures of full-length protein RD. The structure reveals type tetrameric assembly LTTR...
Abstract Aging brings about the progressive decline in cognitive function and physical activity, along with losses of stem cell population function. Although transplantation muscle-derived stem/progenitor cells extended health span life progeria mice, such effects normal animals were not confirmed. Human amniotic membrane-derived mesenchymal (AMMSCs) or adipose tissue-derived (ADMSCs) (1 × 106 per rat) intravenously transplanted to 10-month-old male F344 rats once a month throughout their...
As ribonucleic acid (RNA) nanotechnology has advanced, it been applied widely in RNA‐based therapeutics. Among the range of approaches, enzymatically synthesized RNA structures for inducing interference cancer cells have potential silencing genes a target‐specific manner. On other hand, efficiency gene needs to be improved utilize system RNAi This paper introduces new approach efficient generation siRNA from bubbled cargo (BRC). The presence bubbles between avoid nonfunctional short dsRNAs...

Periventricular leukomalacia, specifically characterized as white matter injury, in neonates is strongly associated with the damage of pre-myelinating oligodendrocytes. Clinical data suggest that hypoxia-ischemia during delivery and intrauterine or neonatal infection-inflammation are important factors etiology periventricular leukomalacia including cerebral palsy, a serious case exhibiting neurobehavioral deficits leukomalacia. In order to explore pathophysiological mechanisms injury better...
The number of traffic accident by drowsiness has the highest percentage every year. Recently, detection is actively researched. most practical approach to drowsy driving generally known as image processing techniques which estimate using eye-blink pattern. However, technique can't detect with eyes open. This paper proposes method open EEG-based power spectrum analysis. Subjects are selected that based on ESS(Epworth Sleepiness Scale). In experiments, all electronic devices turned off reduce...
Improving cell reprogramming methods is vital to regenerative medicine efforts. This review discusses advances in using biomaterial based approaches.
As emerging evidence supports the immune stimulating capability of CpG oligodeoxynucleotides (ODN), CpG-based adjuvants have been widely used. For efficient induction responses, current issues affecting use nucleic acid-based adjuvants, e.g. stability in physiological conditions, delivery to cells, and successful release within phagolysosome, should be addressed. Here, we present DNA microparticles (DNA-MPs) fabricated by complementary rolling circle amplification (cRCA) as for enhancing...
This paper reports a methodology for synthesizing and ordering gold nanoframes into three-dimensional (3D) arrays with controlled thickness, leading to homogeneous plasmonic superstructures, which quantitative analysis via surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) has been successfully demonstrated. Because this preparation method allows systematic control of nanoframe film thickness the resulting 3D superstructure, exhibits unique nanoporous network hot-spots, detection limits down 10-18...
