The aim of this study was to develop a radiomics signature for prediction progression-free survival (PFS) in lower-grade gliomas and investigate the genetic background behind signature. In retrospective study, training (n = 216) validation 84) cohorts were collected from Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas Cancer Atlas, respectively. For each patient, total 431 features extracted preoperative T2-weighted magnetic resonance images. A generated cohort, its prognostic value evaluated both cohorts....

Patients afflicted with low-grade glioma (LGG) frequently suffer from seizures. The mechanisms of seizure initiation in these patients remain poorly understood. Tumor location has been correlated initiation. However, correlative studies relied on dichotomized data analysis based arbitrary lobe assignments. As a result, the lesion-symptom correlation may be incorrectly interpreted. Here, we present first study that used voxel-wise quantitative lesion to investigate spatial between tumor and...

Longitudinal measurement of glioma burden with MRI is the basis for treatment response assessment. In this study, we developed a deep learning algorithm that automatically segments abnormal fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) hyperintensity and contrast-enhancing tumor, quantitating tumor volumes as well product maximum bidimensional diameters according to Response Assessment in Neuro-Oncology (RANO) criteria (AutoRANO). Two cohorts patients were used study. One consisted 843...

Abstract Purpose: Since CD7 may represent a potent target for T-lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (T-ALL/LBL) immunotherapy, this study aimed to investigate safety and efficacy of autologous CD7–chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells in patients with relapsed refractory (R/R) T-ALL/LBL, as well its manufacturing feasibility. Patients Methods: Preclinical phase was conducted NPG mice injected Luc+ GFP+CCRF-CEM cells. Open-label I clinical trial (NCT04004637) enrolled R/R CD7-positive T-ALL/LBL...

Grade II and III gliomas have variable clinical behaviors, showing the distinct molecular genetic alterations from glioblastoma (GBM), many of which eventually transform into more aggressive tumors. Since classifications grade II/III based on been recently emerging, it is now a trend to include data standard diagnostic algorithm glioma. Here we sequenced TERT promoter mutational status (TERTp-mut) in DNA 377 analyzed factors, aberrations, transcriptome profiles. We found that TERTp-mut...

Neuroimaging has entered the era of big data. However, advancement preprocessing pipelines falls behind rapid expansion data volume, causing substantial computational challenges. Here we present DeepPrep, a pipeline empowered by deep learning and workflow manager. Evaluated on over 55,000 scans, DeepPrep demonstrates tenfold acceleration, scalability robustness compared to state-of-the-art pipeline, thereby meeting requirements neuroimaging.

Abstract Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most aggressive subtype of primary brain tumors, which marginally respond to standard chemotherapy due blood‐brain barrier (BBB) and low tumor specificity therapeutics. Herein, a double‐layered microneedle (MN) patch rationally engineered by integrating acid light dual‐activatable PROteolysis TArgeting Chimera (PROTAC) nanoparticles self‐oxygenating BSA‐MnO 2 (BM) for GBM treatment. The MN administrated at site locally deliver PROTAC prodrug BM...
