Primary and acquired drug resistance is one of the main obstacles encountered in high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) chemotherapy. Cisplatin induces DNA damage through cross-linking long integrated non-coding RNAs (lincRNAs) play an important role chemical induced DNA-damage response, which suggests that lincRNAs may be also associated with cisplatin resistance. However, mechanism acting on not well understood. Here, we showed expression lin-RECK-3, H19, LUCAT1, LINC00961, linc-CARS2-2...

We report a novel search for the cosmic-ray boosted dark matter using 100 tonne·day full dataset of PandaX-II detector located at China Jinping Underground Laboratory. With extra energy gained from cosmic rays, sub-GeV particles can produce visible recoil signals in detector. The diurnal modulations rate and spectrum are utilized to further enhance signal sensitivity. Our result excludes matter-nucleon elastic scattering cross section between 10^{-31} 10^{-28} cm^{2} masses 0.1 MeV/c^{2}...

We report results of a search for dark-matter–nucleon interactions via dark mediator using optimized low-energy data from the PandaX-4T liquid xenon experiment. With ionization-signal-only and utilizing Migdal effect, we set most stringent limits on cross section matter masses ranging 30 MeV/c2 to 2 GeV/c2. Under assumption that is photon decays into scalar pairs in early Universe, rule out significant parameter space such thermal relic dark-matter model.Received 4 August 2023Revised 23...

We report the position reconstruction methods and surface background model for PandaX-4T dark matter direct search experiment. This work develops two algorithms: template matching (TM) method photon acceptance function (PAF) method. Both determine horizontal of events based on light pattern secondary scintillation collected by sensors. After a comprehensive evaluation resolution, uniformity, robustness, PAF was selected reconstruction, while TM employed verification. The achieves bulk event...

Polyphyllin I (PPI) is an active component in Rhizoma Paridis, which displays extensive pharmacological antitumor activities. In a previous study, we found that polyphyllin exhibited inhibitory effects on cell growth the human ovarian cancer HO-8910PM line, as well promoting apoptosis and inhibition of migration. Furthermore, gene expression was also profiled by microarray, showed numerous genes were altered PPI; three particular note associated with tumor progression, namely, Caspase-9,...

Transglutaminase 2 (TG2) plays important roles in cell survival and cancer progression. In this study, we examined TG2 expression specimen of 194 patients diagnosed with non-small lung (NSCLC), found that the gene was significantly higher tissues as compared to paired incisal marginal or normal tissues. Our data revealed lower level detected had longer disease free overall expression. We also correlated NSCLC recurrence. These results suggest a potential prognosis impact for patients.
