Abstract Viral IL-10 (vIL-10) and soluble TNF receptor (sTNFR) are anti-inflammatory proteins that can suppress collagen-induced arthritis (CIA). These related have shown efficacy in the treatment of human rheumatoid arthritis; however, neither alone is able to completely disease. Furthermore, they short half-lives, necessitating frequent administration. To determine ability these act synergistically following gene transfer, was induced DBA/1 male mice by immunization with type II collagen...

We collected blood samples from 104 fully vaccinated health care workers at 3 5 weeks first vaccination 4 months second Antibody titers neutralizing were measured. In our study, both antibody increased significantly decreased rapidly Additionally, results showed a significant regardless gender or age.
