In this work, the effect of annealing temperature Ti552 titanium alloy is systematically investigated based on mechanical property tests, electrochemical tests and static immersion tests. The results show that after treatment, microstructure morphology α-phase transforms from striated to equiaxed, intergranular β-phase gradually increases. As increases, grain size increases volume fraction decreases. tensile strength Vickers hardness are maximum elongation minimum in hot-rolled condition....

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the leading causes cancer-related deaths globally. Metastasis associated with a poor prognosis, yet underlying molecular mechanism(s) remained largely unknown. In this study, total 85 CRC patients were included and primary tumor lesions evaluated by next-generation sequencing using targeted panel for genetic aberrations. Patients sub-divided according to their metastasis pattern into non-organ metastases (Non-OM) organ (OM) groups. By comparing differences...

In this study, a large size Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni (TA10) alloy ingot melted by electron beam cold hearth melting (EBCHM) technology was investigated. The microstructure, mechanical properties, and corrosion behavior of as-cast, hot-rolled, annealed TA10 alloys were results show that different states have microstructure properties. as-cast exhibits Widmanstätten α phase, hot-rolled sheet shows fibrous structure, with obvious rolling streamline. After 650 °C annealing, the intergranular β phase...

Abstract Colorectal cancer is frequently diagnosed in advanced stages, highlighting the need for developing approaches early detection. Liquid biopsy using cell-free DNA (cfDNA) fragmentomics a promising approach, but clinical application hindered by complexity and cost. This study aimed to develop an integrated model cfDNA accurate, cost-effective early-stage colorectal Plasma was extracted sequenced from training cohort of 360 participants, including 176 patients with 184 healthy controls....

Mesophotic coral ecosystems (MCEs) represent an underexplored source of intriguing natural products. Efforts to discover bioactive metabolites from sponge-associated fungi in MCEs identified a new steroid, acremocholone (1) and its three known analogs (2-4), Acremonium sp. NBUF150. The NBUF150 was isolated Ciocalypta sponge located 70 m deep within the South China Sea. planar structures absolute configuration 1-4 were determined NMR-derived spectroscopic data, HR-ESI-MS, X-ray...

Mesophotic coral ecosystems (MCEs) have complex but understudied biodiversity, especially for natural products discovery. Untargeted metabolomics research on 80 extracts prepared from marine sponge-associated fungi, half shallow reefs (<30 m) and MCEs (30–150 m), facilitated prioritization further study a Cymostachys fungus 103 m deep Aaptos sponge. LC-MS target-directed isolation yielded series of new compounds, cymopolyphenols A−F ( 1 – 6 ), two known phenylspirodrimanes, F1839-I 7...

The method for the determination of 16 priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in plant leaves has been studied extensively, yet quantitativemethod measuring non-priority PAHs is limited. A simultaneous 31 was established using an ultrasonic extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-internal standard method. samples were extracted with extraction and purified solid-phase columns. separated by gas spectrometry equipped a DB-EUPAH capillary column (20 m × 0.18 mm 0.14 μm)...

The early detection of bolts and nuts’ loss on bridges has a huge tendency averting bridge collapse. aim this research is to develop novel framework for the bolt–nut losses in steel using deep learning techniques. objectives include: design nuts nut holes techniques, implement designed Python programming, evaluate performance framework. Convolutional neural network (CNN) long- short-term memory (LSTM) techniques were employed 8 × blocks images as inputs. Based proposed models, which...
