An unprecedented nucleophilic addition/cyclization/aromatization cascade of basic chemicals, i.e., aromatic alkenes/alkynes, trimethylsilyl cyanide and N,N-disubstituted formamide, has been developed to give a series multisubstituted pyrroles in moderate good yields with high regioselectivities. This reaction not only reveals new mode for α-aminonitriles, but also provides efficient cyclization pattern the synthesis as well their derivatives, which might facilitate related biological studies.

Introduction Primary dysmenorrhoea (PD) is a common menstrual concern with significant physical and psychosocial impacts. The effectiveness safety of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) in alleviating PD symptoms remain uncertain due to insufficient evidence. This single-centre, parallel, randomised controlled study intends evaluate the efficacy TEAS for management. Methods analysis 60 participants aged 18–40 years diagnosed moderate severe will be recruited from Tai’an...

Background Clinical evidence demonstrates that electro-acupuncture (EA) of the Zu sanli (ST36) and Shen shu (BL23) acupoints is effective in relieving diabetic painful neuropathy (DPN); however, underlying molecular mechanism requires further investigation, including protein molecules associated with EA’s effects on DPN. Methods Sprague-Dawley adult male rats (n =36) were randomly assigned into control, DPN, EA groups (n=12 each). After four weeks treatment, response to mechanical pain...

Mobile CrowdSensing (MCS) has recently become a promising data acquisition paradigm, which recruits large number of users to collect from the target sensing areas. Obviously, with increase scale and decrease granularity, traditional MCS cannot fully cover required areas especially inaccessible As variant, Sparse can utilize spatiotemporal correlations in infer whole map only by few subareas. However, many real-world scenarios, such as traffic congestion prediction or parking occupancy...

A Cu(acac)2-catalyzed cyclization reaction of 2-cyanobenzaldehydes with 2-isocyanoacetates has been successfully developed providing an efficient strategy for the synthesis substituted 1-aminoisoquinolines. The proceeds smoothly under mild conditions high efficiency, and might provide alternative 1-aminoisoquinoline containing molecules.

Occupational stress is a common complaint in nurses, who perceived more sense of effort-reward imbalance (ERI). Suboptimal health status (SHS) state between and disease. However, the correlation ERI SHS unclear. Therefore, aim this study was to examine prevalence evaluate relationship clinical nurses by cross-sectional study.

The correlation between meridians and viscera is the key content of meridian theory in acupuncture medicine. This paper introduces close relationship running on body surface from ancient lite-rature, modern experimental studies (such as acupoint sensitization, neuro-endocrine-immune networks, etc.), clinical application treatment various conditions with acupuncture, moxibustion, Guasha (scraping) therapies, etc. We also presented some related research ideas (i.e., taking forerunner, paying...
