目的 探讨高原驻训官兵作业疲劳状况及相关因素。 方 法 采用作业疲劳症状自评量表(WRFFQ)、军人心理应激自评问卷(PSET)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和状态-特质焦虑量表(STAI)对在高原驻训3个月后的465名官兵进行调查研究。 结果 ①高原驻训官兵作业疲劳总均分为(36.32±11.52)。②高原驻训官兵作业疲劳与心理应激、睡眠质量、状态焦虑和特质焦虑呈显著正相关(r分别为0.637、0.465、0.402、0.404,P<0.01)。③作业疲劳高分组在心理应激、睡眠质量、状态焦虑和特质焦虑的得分显著高于低分组(P<0.01)。④心理应激、特质焦虑和睡眠质量可以有效预测驻训官兵的作业疲劳状况,总解释量为46.1%。 结论 高原驻训官兵的作业疲劳状况与心理应激、睡眠质量和特质焦虑密切相关。
