We used the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) method developed by our group for malaria diagnosis with genus-specific and species-specific primers four human parasites at a field clinic in comparison standard microscopy. 急性膿胸に対する治療法として抗生剤投与・胸腔ドレナージが第1選択であるが,これらの治療が無効な場合は外科的治療が必要となる.近年は胸腔鏡下手術が広く行われており,その有用性が多数報告されている.今回,当院の胸腔鏡下手術の成績を報告する.2008年1月から2013年2月の間に急性膿胸に対して胸腔鏡下手術を施行した7例を対象とした.胸腔ドレーン挿入部にポートを留置,さらに1~2ヵ所のポート孔を追加し胸腔鏡下に吸引,掻爬を行った.手術時間は120~360分(中央値158分)で,平均術後ドレナージ期間は5日,平均術後在院日数は9日であった.手術関連死亡,膿胸の再燃は認めなかった.他の複数報告例の平均術後ドレナージ期間は7.9日,平均術後在院日数は18.3日であり,これらと遜色ない結果であった.またポート孔のみと低侵襲であり安全性も高く,急性膿胸における胸腔鏡下手術は有用である可能性がある.
