Pathogenic fungi including Penicillium digitatum and italicum are the main destructive pathogens in citrus industry, causing great losses during postharvest process. To our knowledge, only one mycovirus from P. has been reported, prevalence of such mycoviruses against pathogenic their genotyping were still under investigation. In present study, we showed that 39 152 isolates citrus-growing areas China infected with various belonging to polymycoviruses, Narna-like viruses, families...

Abstract L3 skeletal muscle index (L3SMI) was reportedly related to postoperative outcomes. We aimed investigate the value of L3SMI in evaluating preoperative nutritional risk and long-term prognosis colorectal cancer (CRC) patients. retrospectively enrolled 400 CRC patients who underwent surgery from January 2012 December 2014. The calculated by computed tomography (CT) classified into two groups gender quartile method. found that CT diagnostic criteria sarcopenia South China population...

Soil carbohydrates and glomalin-related soil proteins (GRSPs), as important components of organic matter, are the essential basis for maintaining aggregate stability. They interact with each other influence other. Exploring relationships mechanisms action between these two aggregates is great significance improving quality promoting sustainable development forest stands. This study focused on investigating composition (including >2, 2–1, 1–0.25, <0.25 mm fractions) stability (as...

Sustained hyperglycemic stimulation of vascular cells is involved in the pathogenesis diabetes mellitus‑induced cardiovascular complications. Silent information regulator T1 (SIRT1), a mammalian sirtuin, has been previously recognized to protect endothelial against hyperglycemia‑induced oxidative stress. In present study, human umbilical vein (HUV‑EC‑C) were treated with D‑glucose, and levels stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, rate apoptosis SIRT1 activity measured. The effect manipulated on...

A practical and mild method for the switchable synthesis of sulfoxides or sulfones via selective oxidation sulfides using cheap N-fluorobenzenesulfonimide (NFSI) as oxidant has been developed. These highly chemoselective transformations were simply achieved by varying NFSI loading with H2O green solvent oxygen source without any additives. The good functional group tolerance makes strategy valuable.

Depression severely impairs the health of people all over world. Cognitive dysfunction due to depression has resulted in a severe economic burden family and society induced by reduction social functioning patients. Norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitors (NDRIs) targeted with human norepinephrine transporter (hNET) distributed dopamine (hDAT) simultaneously treat improve cognitive function, they effectively prevent sexual other side effects. Because many patients continue poorly respond...

Abstract The brain‐derived neurotrophic factor ( BDNF )‐tyrosine kinase B (TrkB) ‐TrkB) signalling pathway plays a crucial role in regulating learning and memory. Synaptophysin provides the structural basis for synaptic plasticity depends on processing subsequent TrkB signalling. Our previous studies demonstrated that maternal exposure to propofol during late stages of pregnancy impaired memory rat offspring. purpose this study is investigate whether ‐TrkB involved propofol‐induced...

Abstract Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common cancers globally. An increasing body evidence has demonstrated critical function microRNAs (miRNAs) in initiation and progression human cancers. Here, we showed that miR-505 was down-regulated HCC tissues cell lines. Reduced expression significantly correlated with worse prognosis patients. Overexpression suppressed proliferation, colony formation induced apoptosis both HepG2 Huh7 cells. Further mechanism study uncovered bound...

Recent evidence showed that general anesthesia produces long-term neurotoxicity and cognitive dysfunction. However, it remains unclear whether maternal non-obstetric surgery under ketamine during second trimester causes impairment in offspring. The present study assigned pregnant rats into three groups: 1) normal control group receiving no surgery, 2) for 2 h on the 14th day of gestation but 3) abdominal gestation. On postnatal 1, offspring Ketamine were to receive intra-peritoneal injection...

Some pregnant women have to experience non-obstetric surgery during pregnancy under general anesthesia. Our previous studies showed that maternal exposure sevoflurane, isoflurane, propofol, and ketamine causes cognitive deficits in offspring. Histone acetylation has been implicated synaptic plasticity. Propofol is commonly used procedures on women. Previous our laboratory propofol impairs learning memory offspring by disturbing histone acetylation. The present study aims investigate whether...

Abstract Propofol is widely used in clinical practice, including non‐obstetric surgery pregnant women. Previously, we found that propofol anaesthesia maternal rats during the third trimester (E18) caused learning and memory impairment to offspring rats, but how about exposure early pregnancy underlying mechanisms? Radical coupling of thiols is an attractive route for the synthesis disulfides, but this approach should be promoted by strong oxidants and/or metal salts in combination with additives, which limits its substrate scope and application. In work, N-anomeric amide was first found to able realize conversion sulfur radicals high efficiency absence oxidant or any additives symmetrical disulfides. The protocol features mild reaction conditions, good functional group tolerance, moderate excellent yields.
