Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) remains a challenging malignancy due to distant metastasis. RELA, major component of the NF-κB pathway, could serve as an oncogene through activating proliferation or migration-related gene expression, including NEAT1, well-known oncogenic long noncoding RNA. In current study, expression and function RELA NEAT1 in PDAC were examined. The potential upstream regulatory microRNAs screened verified for their correlation with NEAT1. selected miR-302a-3p...

Nowadays, pancreatic cancer (PC) remains the most lethal tumor, partially due to invasive and treatment-resistant phenotype induced by extent of hypoxic stress within tumor tissue. According previous studies, miR-142/HIF-1α miR-133a/EGFR could modulate PC cell proliferation under normoxic conditions, respectively. In present study, FEZF1-AS1, a recently described oncogenic long noncoding RNA, was predicted target both miR-142 miR-133a; thus, we hypothesized that FEZF1-AS1 might affect...

Abstract The potential for tumor occurrence triggered by cancer stem cells (CSCs) has emerged as a significant challenge human colorectal therapy. However, the underlying mechanism of CSC development remains controversial. Our study provided evidence that bulk could dedifferentiate to CSCs and reacquire CSC‐like phenotypes if cultured in presence extracellular matrix reagents, such Matrigel fibrin gels. In these 3D gels, CD133 − can regain tumorigenic stem‐like phenotypes. Mechanistically,...
