目的 探讨中医特色护理技术对肝阳上亢型高血压患者的疗效及满意度影响。 方法 选择2017年8月至2018年8月于余姚市中医医院门诊就诊的肝阳上亢型高血压患者128例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组64例。对照组给予基础治疗及常规护理,研究组在此基础上联合中医特色治疗护理技术,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、血压变化情况以及护理满意度。 结果 研究组临床治疗有效率(95.31%)明显高于对照组(81.25%)(χ2=6.117,P<0.05);两组患者在护理后舒张压以及收缩压均较护理前低(t=6.041、2.404,P<0.05),研究组护理后舒张压、收缩压均优于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(98.44%)明显高于对照组(82.81%)(χ2=9.195,P<0.05)。 结论 中医特色治疗护理技术对于肝阳上亢型高血压患者临床疗效的提高、血压的控制以及和谐护患关系的构建均具有重要的临床意义。
