The measurement of the energy spectrum cosmic ray helium nuclei from 70 GeV to 80 TeV using 4.5 years data recorded by Dark Matter Particle Explorer (DAMPE) is reported in this work. A hardening observed at an about 1.3 TeV, similar previous observations. In addition, a spectral softening 34 revealed for first time with large statistics and well controlled systematic uncertainties, overall significance 4.3σ. DAMPE measurements both protons suggest particle charge dependent energy, although...

Recent observations of the light component cosmic-ray spectrum have revealed unexpected features that motivate further and more precise measurements up to highest energies. The Dark Matter Particle Explorer is a satellite-based experiment has been operational since December 2015, continuously collecting data on high-energy cosmic particles with very good statistics, energy resolution, particle identification capabilities. In this work, latest proton+helium in range from 46 GeV 464 TeV are...

ABSTRACT We report on the Insight-HXMT observations of new black hole X-ray binary MAXI J1820+070 during its 2018 outburst. Detailed spectral analysis via continuum fitting method shows an evolution inferred spin high soft sate. Moreover, hardness ratio, non-thermal luminosity and reflection fraction also undergo evolution, exactly coincident to period when transition takes place. The unphysical is attributed inner disc, which caused by collapse a hot corona due condensation mechanism or may...

We study the evolution of temporal properties MAXI 1820+070 during 2018 outburst in its hard state from MJD 58190 to 58289 with Insight-HXMT a broad energy band 1-150 keV. find different behaviors hardness ratio, fractional rms and time lag before after 58257, suggesting transition occurred at around this point. The observed lags between soft photons 1-5 keV higher bands, up 150 keV, are frequency-dependent: low-frequency range, 2-10 mHz, both timescale dozens seconds but without clear trend...

An extracellular beta-glucosidase (EC 3.2.1.21) was purified from culture filtrate of the anaerobic rumen fungus Orpinomyces sp. strain PC-2 grown on 0.3% (wt vol-1) Avicel by using Q Sepharose anion-exchange chromatography, ammonium sulfate precipitation, chromatofocusing ion-exchange and Superose 12 gel filtration. The enzyme is monomeric with a M(r) 85,400, as estimated sodium dodecyl (SDS)-polyacrylamide electrophoresis, has pI 3.95, contains about 8.5% carbohydrate. N terminus appears...

ABSTRACT We studied the 2018 outburst of black hole transient H 1743 − 322 with a series Insight-HXMT, NICER, and NuSTAR observations, covering 1–120 keV band. With our broad-band X-ray spectral modelling, we confirm that source remained in low/hard state throughout month-long outburst, although it became marginally softer at peak flux. detected Type-C quasi-periodic oscillations (QPOs) followed evolution their properties. The QPO frequency increased from ∼0.1 to ∼0.4 Hz during rising phase...

ABSTRACT Based on Insight-HXMT data, we report the pulse fraction evolution during 2017–2018 outburst of newly discovered first Galactic ultraluminous X-ray (ULX) source Swift J0243.6+6124. The fractions 19 observation pairs selected in rising and fading phases with similar luminosity are investigated. results show a general trend increasing energy at supercritical luminosity. However, relative strength pulsation between each pair evolves strongly phase is larger below 7.71 × 1038 erg s−1,...

Schistosomes cause schistosomiasis, one of the neglected tropical diseases as defined by WHO. For decades, treatment schistosomiasis relies on a single drug, praziquantel. Due to its wide use, there is justified fear resistance against this and vaccine not available. Besides biological relevance in signal transduction processes, class G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) also well suited for drug design.
