Abstract China Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance Network for Pets (CARPet) was established in 2021 to monitor the resistance profiles of clinical bacterial pathogens from companion animals. From 2018 2021, we recovered and tested 4,541 isolates dogs cats across 25 Chinese provinces, with Escherichia coli (18.5%) Staphylococcus pseudintermedius (17.8%) being most predominant species. The Enterobacterales were highly susceptible tigecycline, meropenem, colistin, amikacin (70.3%–100.0%),...

The emergence of mobile colistin resistance gene mcr-1 has attracted global attention. prevalence mcr-1-positive Escherichia coli (MCRPEC) in humans largely decreased following the ban as an animal growth promoter China. However, MCRPEC hospital environment and relationship between disinfectants remain unclear. We found that was low feces healthy attending physical examinations six hospitals (4.6%, 71/1532) but high wastewater (50.0%, 27/54). mainly located on IncI2 (63.0% 62.0% feces)...

Abstract The modern high topography of the eastern Tibetan Plateau is drained by several largest rivers on Earth, and exerts a prominent influence Asian monsoon pattern. However, when terrain was formed remains highly debated. Here, we present detrital zircon U‐Pb ages that indicate south‐flowing drainage system with distal headwaters passed through Ninglang Basin at ca. 45 Ma. We advocate for early–middle Eocene surface uplift in Gonjo areas to west creating southeast tilted across Tibet....

Fluorescence imaging in the second near-infrared window (NIR-II, 900–1880[Formula: see text]nm) with less scattering background biological tissues has been combined confocal microscopic system for achieving deep vivo high spatial resolution. However, traditional NIR-II fluorescence microscope separate excitation focus and detection pinhole makes it possess low efficiency, as well difficultly to adjust. Two types of upgraded microscopes, sharing same by emission focus, leading higher are...

The establishment of modern drainage patterns large rivers in eastern Tibet is thought to have resulted from reorganization by serial river capture and reversal events, but the timing driving mechanisms are still under debate. that created First Bend Yangtze River (YFB) most well-known event also controversial.
