Biliary signet-ring cell carcinoma is a rare malignant tumor of the biliary tract. often occurs in gastrointestinal In this case, we can intuitively see location, shape and scope through endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) combined with peroral direct choledochoscope. Through view biopsy technology, tissue tract be accurately sampled, providing precise plan for follow-up treatment patients.

BACKGROUND Bile duct leaks (BDLs) are serious postsurgical adverse events. Typically, conservative management with abdominal drainage is the initial treatment option. However, prolonged without improvement can lead to biliary stricture and delay optimal timing of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). AIM To identify for ERCP period during which clinical observation acceptable, balancing success risk strictures. METHODS We conducted a multicenter retrospective study involving...

When Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) fails in patients with obstructive jaundice, EUS-guided rendezvous technique (EUS-RV) becomes an alternative treatment. For the EUS-RV, we can puncture intrahepatic bile duct (IHBD) and extrahepatic (EHBD). Puncturing EHBD needs through duodenum, site be divided into via proximal duodenum (D1) second portion of (D2). IHBD will difficult to perform at whose is not dilated. these patients, puncturing unavoidable choice. Generally,...

Biliary-enteric anastomotic stenosis is one of the main long-term complications after pancreaticoduodenectomy, with an incidence 2%-8%. Although relevant reports and studies are relatively few, consequences such as biliary obstruction refractory cholangitis seriously affect quality life patients. In this case, patient not willing to receive conventional surgery again. This paper provides a bridge technique EUS-guided Biliary Drainage (EUS-BD) treat biliary-enteric solve problem obstructive...

Multiple malignant biliary strictures are rare, and the application of multiple stents can achieve better drainage. EUS-guided drainage (EUS-BD) be offered as an alternative technique when ERCP unsuccessful. We applied Endoscopic ultrasonic guided antegrade stenting to treat a case following Roux-en-Y reconstruction.

Distal malignant biliary obstruction (DMBO) can result in obstructive jaundice. Endoscopic ultrasound- (EUS-) guided drainage (EUS-BD) has been an alternative for DMBO after failed ERCP.

Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN) accounted for 5.0%~7.5% of pancreatic tumors and 21%~33% cystic tumors. It usually occurs in people aged 60 to 70. The main treatment is surgical excision. operation method different according the location lesion, so we try our best achieve accurate treatment. Here, provide endoscopic ultrasonography combined with ERCP eyeMax three systems, as IPMN, which recommended majority endoscopists.

EUS-GUIDED biliary drainage (EUS-BD) has recently gained widespread acceptance as a minimally invasive alternative method for drainage. However, the risks of encountering recurrent obstruction (RBO) after EUS-BD have increased due to growing clinical experience and prolonged prognosis underlying disease. Previous studies shown that incidence RBO following ranges from 11% 25%. Nevertheless, literature on efficacy reintervention hepaticogastrostomy (EUS-HGS) case reports describing procedural...

Pancreatic cutaneous fistula is a complex condition, making it challenging to achieve favorable outcomes with conservative medical treatment. Surgical interventions often entail surgical risks and postoperative complications. Here, we present case involving endoscopically guided stent placement between the stomach fistula. By internalizing fistula, patients can potentially remove external drainage tube, offering novel endoscopic treatment approach for such cases.
