Radiotherapy is a non-invasive method that widely applied to treat and alleviate cancers. However, radiation-induced effects in the immune system are associated with several side via an increase oxidative stress inflammatory response. Therefore, it imperative develop effective clinical radiological protection strategies for of normal organs these patients. To explore more radioprotective agents minimal toxicity, mitochondria-targeted nitronyl nitroxide radical triphenylphosphine ion...

Normal tissue and immune organ protection are critical parts of the tumor radiation therapy process. Radiation-induced damage (RIOD) causes several side reactions by increasing oxidative stress inflammatory responses, resulting in unsatisfactory curability therapy. The aim this study was to develop a novel efficient anti irradiation nanoparticle explore its mechanism protecting splenic from mice. Nanoparticles triphenylphosphine cation NIT radicals (NPs-TPP-NIT) were prepared used protect...

Rationale: Exogenous supplementation of beneficial intestinal bacteria can alleviate the behavioural symptoms psychiatric disorders, such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), through gut-brain interactions. However, application bacteria, Lactobacillus reuteri (L. reuteri), for treating ASD is hindered by limited gut colonization. Methods: Utilizing Spirulina platensis (SP) a natural microcarrier safer and more binding approach was employed to bind surface SP produce SP-intestinal bacteria. Due...

Background: Oxidative stress is considered an important mechanism of acute high-altitude brain injury. Imidazole nitronyl nitroxide radicals are a class stable organic radical scavengers that contain single electrons in their molecules. Therefore, order to search for compounds with low toxicity and better effect against injury, the preparation methods PLGA nanoparticles (TPP-C 6 -HPN@PLGA-NPs) loaded synthesized mitochondria targeting imidazole were emphasized investigated. Furthermore, its...

Abstract Oxidative stress has been considered to be closely related spaceflight‐induced bone loss; however, mechanism is elusive and there are no effective countermeasures. Using cultured rat calvarial osteoblasts exposed microgravity simulated by a random positioning machine, this study addressed the hypotheses that microgravity‐induced shortening of primary cilia leads oxidative cilium protection prevents osteogenesis loss. Microgravity was found induce (as represented increased levels...
