Here, near-infrared broad dual-band emission phosphors were achieved through energy transfer between Cr3+ and Ni2+ ions in the β-Ga2O3 host. All samples co-doped with exhibit covering 600–1700 nm under 430 excitation. Thanks to doping of ions, intensity Ga2O3:Cr3+, has increased by about 2.4 times internal quantum efficiency 83.2% compared Ga2O3:Ni2+ phosphors. Meanwhile, when fluorescence lifetime was monitored at 745 nm, an efficient host verified. Due significant differences...

The identification of genetic risk subgroups T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) may provide evidence for stratification and individualized treatment. We investigated the characteristics prognostic value tumor suppressor gene CDKN2A deletions in 101 patients with T-ALL. deletion was present 23% (23/101) T-ALL by fluorescence situ hybridization (FISH). most common type homozygous (70%, 16/23). A lower frequency found early precursor (ETP) ALL than non-ETP-ALL (10.4% vs 34.0%; P =...

Background: Adult T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) is a rare hematological malignancy, and significantly linked to poor outcomes. Early precursor (ETP) unique subtype of T-ALL. The aim this study compare the differences between ETP non-ETP ALLs in China. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed records 122 adult T-ALL patients diagnosed treated at our center Jan 2014 Jun 2019. All enrolled were categorized into ALL by immunophenotype, further statistical analysis about clinical data...

MicroRNAs are of special interest in cancer research and hold significant promise as diagnostic prognostic biomarkers for malignant disease. MiR-362-5p have been found to exert both oncogenic tumor suppressive effects depending highly on the cellular context. The aim this study was determine whether expression miR-362-5p can be served a factor patients with cytogentically normal acute myeloid leukemia (CN-AML). We enrolled 224 CN-AML measured by quantitative real time PCR analysis....

Depression is a common complication in Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM); however, it has long been underrecognized and undertreated. In the present study, we aimed to evaluate clinical effects of Wuling capsule, compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine, on T2DM complicated with depression.66 patients were enrolled randomly divided into capsule treatment group placebo group, finally 64 cases finished study. The levels FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc, TNF-α, IL-6, SOD, MDA, Cor, ACTH, HOMA-β, HOMA-IR ISI...

Circular RNAs (circRNAs), a type of endogenous noncoding RNA (ncRNA), exert vital roles in leukemia progression and are promising prognostic factors. Here, we report novel circRNA, circSLC25A13 (hsa_circ_0081188), which was increased acute myeloid (AML) patients with poor overall survival (OS) comparing to good prognosis. Knockdown AML cells inhibited proliferation cell apoptosis vitro vivo. Enhanced expression promoted the cells. Mechanistically, played as microRNA sponge miR-616-3p,...

Summary Minimal residual disease (MRD) is an important independent prognostic factor for relapse and survival in acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). Compared with adult B‐cell ALL, reports of T‐cell ALL (T‐ALL) MRD have been scarce mostly based on molecular methods. We evaluated the value multiparameter flow cytometry (FCM)‐based at end induction (EOI‐MRD). The present retrospective study included 94 patients T‐ALL. was detected by six‐ to eight‐colour FCM. Patients who were EOI‐MRD...

The NUP214-ABL1 fusion gene is a constitutively active tyrosine kinase that can be detected in 6% of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) patients, and it also found B-cell leukaemia (B-ALL). However the myeloid (AML) has not yet been reported. Up to now, sensitivity -positive patients inhibitor (TKI) still controversial. Here we report first case an AML patient carrying gene. conventional chemotherapy regimen for was successful. Identification additional with will provide treatment...

The effect of time from diagnosis to treatment (TDT) on overall survival patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) remains obscure. Furthermore, whether chemotherapy delay impacts (OS) a special molecular subtype has not been investigated. Here, we enrolled 364 cases AML assess the TDT OS by fractional polynomial regression in context clinical parameters and genes FLT3ITD, NPM1, CEBPA, DNMT3a, IDH1/2 mutations. Approximately 50% of older patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) do not obtain chromosomal abnormalities as an effective risk‐stratification, and present cytogenetically normal AML (CN‐AML). To develop a reliable prediction model for stratifying the risk these elderly patients, we conducted study discovery validation design. As result, found top 6 mutated genes in cohort 26 case by whole exome sequencing, verified recurrent mutations large 329 Sanger sequencing. The were NPM1 , FLT3...
