Significance We have developed a transparent, ultraflexible, and active multielectrode array (MEA), which consists of transparent organic electrochemical transistors Au grid wirings. The micropatterned showed 60% transparency at 475-nm wavelength. MEA the spatial mapping electrocorticogram electrical signals from an optogenetic rat with 1-mm spacing shows lower light artifacts than noise level.

Most event-related potential (ERP)-based brain-computer interface (BCI) spellers primarily use matrix layouts and generally require moderate eye movement for successful operation. The fundamental objective of this paper is to enhance the perceptibility target characters by introducing motion stimuli classical rapid serial visual presentation (RSVP) that do not any movement, thereby applying them paralyzed patients with oculomotor dysfunctions. To test feasibility proposed motion-based RSVP...

Abstract Platinum-based chemotherapy is the cornerstone treatment for female high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma (HGSOC), but choosing an appropriate patients hinges on their responsiveness to it. Currently, no available biomarkers can promptly predict responses platinum-based treatment. Therefore, we developed Pathologic Risk Classifier HGSOC (PathoRiCH), a histopathologic image–based classifier. PathoRiCH was trained in-house cohort ( n = 394) and validated two independent external cohorts...

Significance We have developed an ultraflexible and MRI-compatible optogenetic stimulator using organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs), which activate channelrhodopsin-2–expressing neurons in transgenic animals. The OLEDs can be conformably attached to soft neuronal tissues, such as peripheral nerves or brain, the superior mechanical flexibility significantly reduces damages tissues. They are also compatible with neuroimaging techniques MRI, while allowing investigation of evoked activities...

Time-series anomaly detection deals with the problem of detecting anomalous timesteps by learning normality from sequence observations. However, concept evolves over time, leading to a "new normal problem", where distribution can be changed due shifts between training and test data. This paper highlights prevalence new in unsupervised time-series studies. To tackle this issue, we propose simple yet effective test-time adaptation strategy based on trend estimation self-supervised approach...

BACKGROUND: Early identification of large vessel occlusion (LVO) in patients with ischemic stroke is crucial for timely interventions. We propose a machine learning–based algorithm (JLK-CTL) that uses handcrafted features from noncontrast computed tomography to predict LVO.
