We have developed a new reversible fluorescence probe MPhSe–BOD for the redox cycle process between hypochlorous acid and hydrogen sulfide in solution living cells. Confocal microscopy imaging using RAW264.7 cell lines shows that has good membrane permeability, can monitor intracellular HClO/H2S cycles continuously.

Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) contain molecular information on the primary and can be used for predictive cancer diagnostics. Capturing rare live CTCs their quantification in whole blood remain technically challenging. Here we report an aptamer-trigger clamped hybridization chain reaction (atcHCR) method situ identification subsequent cloaking/decloaking of by porous DNA hydrogels. These decloaked were then cell analysis. In our design, a staple strand with aptamer-toehold biblocks...

The high occurrence of prostate cancer in men makes the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) screening test really important. More importantly, recurrence rate after radical prostatectomy is high, whereas traditional PSA immunoassay does not possess sufficient sensitivity for post-treatment detection. In these assays, uncontrolled and random orientation capture antibodies on surface largely reduces their activity. Here, by exploiting rapidly emerging DNA nanotechnology, we developed a...

Sensitive detection of cancer cells plays a critically important role in the early and metastasis. However, because circulating tumor are extremely rare peripheral blood, with high analytical sensitivity specificity remains challenging. Here, we have demonstrated simple, sensitive specific four cells, which is lower than cutoff value respect to correlation survival outcomes as well predictive metastatic disease clinical diagnostics. We re-engineered hybridization chain reaction (HCR)...

Abstract Protein-protein interactions are spatially regulated in living cells to realize high reaction efficiency, as seen naturally existing electron-transfer chains. Nevertheless, arrangement of chemical/biochemical components at the artificial device interfaces does not possess same level control. Here we report a tetrahedral DNA framework-enabled bulk enzyme heterojunction (BEH) strategy program multi-enzyme catalytic cascade interface electrochemical biosensors. The construction...

Understanding the behavior of biomolecules on nanointerface is critical in bioanalysis, which great challenge due to instability and difficulty control orientation loading density biomolecules. Here, we investigated thermodynamics kinetics DNA hybridization gold nanoparticle, with aim improve efficiency speed analysis. We achieved precise quantitative surface by applying a recently developed poly adenines (polyA)-based assembly strategy nanoparticles (DNA-AuNPs). PolyA served as an effective...

Abstract One major challenge in the design of highly multiplexed PCR primer sets is large number potential dimer species that grows quadratically with primers to be designed. Simultaneously, there are exponentially many choices for multiplex sequence selection, resulting systematic evaluation approaches being computationally intractable. Here, we present and experimentally validate Simulated Annealing Design using Dimer Likelihood Estimation (SADDLE), a stochastic algorithm minimize...

Abstract Single‐atom catalysts (SACs) with high metal loadings are highly desirable but still challenging for large scale synthesis. Here we report a new technique named as dry‐solid‐electrochemical synthesis (DSES) general large‐scale of SACs in an energy‐conservation and environment‐friendly way. With it, series pure carbon‐supported (Platinum up to 35.0 wt %, Iridium 21.2 Ruthenium 20.4 % Iron 17.6 %) were obtained. Particularly, Pt SAC 23.9 remarkable oxygen reduction reaction (ORR)...
